Чтоб жить - хорошее место, а питаться рекомендую в заведениях
Pros:

1. Номер был хороший, а с балкона был отличный вид
2. Отличные сотрудники

Cons:

1. Завтраки и ужины были не очень. Выбор был маленьким

Wir können das Hotel jederzeit für einen Urlaub in Karlsbad empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, nur einige Schritte hinunter zu den Kolonnaden. Trotzdem sehr ruhig, sodass wir auch bei offenem Fenster schlafen konnten.
Der Parkplatz war nicht direkt beim Hotel aber ganz in der Nähe etwas oberhalb, 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, nichts Ausgefallenes aber ausreichend viel und abwechslungsreich.
Das gleich unterhalb des Hotels gelegene Restaurant U Křížovníků ist preiswert und wirklich empfehlenswert.
Insgesamt war der Preis von 300 € für zwei Personen im Doppelzimmer für drei Nächte mit Frühstück sehr in Ordnung.

Cons:

Bad mit Dusche statt Badewanne wäre schön gewesen.
Als Österreicher geht einem fast überall im Ausland die Vielfalt an gutem Brot ab. Das war auch in diesem Hotel beim Frühstück so.

Úgy gondolom eddigi csavargásaim során most sikerült a legjobb szállodában szállást foglalni. Közvetlenül a városközpontban található, parkolási lehetőséggel . Maga a szálloda egy kis ékszerdoboz, fantasztikus reggeli kínálattal. Az legfelső emeleten SPA Welness található. A reggeli váttozatos és minden igényt kielégítő

Die Lage ist toll. Kurze Wege, direkt in der Altstadt. Die Einrichtung und Dekoration war sehr opulent.

Cons:

Der Spa-Bereich: Liegen und Cardiogeräte an den Rand gequetscht, sehr lauter Bereich, da Wirpool immer voll, Sauna winzig, eine Duschkabine direkt davor - ideal zum Zuschauen, KEIN Ruheraum!!! Zuvor drei gebuchte 50 min Massagen für 3 Personen, waren falsch (30 min) und nur für eine Person hinterlegt, obwohl tags zuvor bestätigt wurde. Hatten Zimmer in 3. Etage, direkt über Speisesaal. Die laute Musik war im Zimmer von 6.00 - 21.00 Uhr zu hören. Trotz Bitte, wurde weder im Spa noch für Zimmer die Lautstärke reguliert.

Schade um das schöne Hotel es sind halt die Details die es ausmachen

Es liegt super um zu Fuss durch die Geschäfte zu bummeln sehr viel Scharm mit super schönen älteren Möbeln

Cons:

Leider wenn etwas alt ist ist es auch nicht immer praktisch Zimmer neben dem Fahrstuhl ist sehr anstrengend leider ist der Fernseher auch nicht wirklech eine Belohnung wenn mann nicht schlafen kann so klein klein , dann sollte man nicht zu gross sein die Dusche hat leider keine halterung um im stehen zu duschen , naja die Vorhänge könnten auch besser sein und weniger Licht hereinlassen

Schön, aber mit Mängeln.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral direkt in der City von Karlsbad.
Die Zimmerausstattung war üblicher Standard. Das Design der Ausstattung zwischen Barock und Rokoko,. also historisch an die Gründerzeit (ab ca1900 bis 1920/30) angepasst. Allerdings Geschmackssache.

Cons:

Ärgerlich war, dass wie in vielen anderen Hotels der Gast das Personal grüßt, was irgendwie nicht geht.
Über den dreitägigen Aufenthalt haben wir mehrfach festgestellt, dass sich das Receptionspersonal überhaupt nicht dafür interessiert, wer das Hotel betritt und verlässt. Zumeist schaute der Herr der Reception nicht einmal vom PC auf, wenn wir das Hotel betraten und verließen. Das hat mit der Einhaltung wichtiger Sicherheitsaspekte nichts zu tun und ist sehr fahrlässig. Zum Frühstück: Komplett normaler Standard ohne Überraschungen. Zur Badausstattung: Badewanne mit Handbrause und einem ungeliebten Duschvorhang. Leider fehlen genügend Badetuch- und Handtuchstangen zum Trocknen der Tücher. 4 simple Haken sind zu wenig. Auch fehlte eine aktive Entlüftung des Badezimmers...offenbar bauartbedingt. Fazit: Das Hotel ist mit einer 4 Sterne Klassifizierung leider überbewertet.
