Pros:

Hotel má nádhernou atmosféru. Prostředí je velmi klidné a tiché. Pokoj byl nádherný, dobře vybavený, akorát mi možná chybělo více dostupných tv kanálů (prima, nova,..), ale člověk se obejde bez toho:)
Snídaně byla skvělá a personál se neustale staral, aby nic nechybělo a bylo vše čisté.
Wellness je takové komorní, ale stále čisté a příjemné. Personál zde je velmi milý a usměvavý.
Celkově jsem oceňovala ochotu personálu. Při příjezdu jsem například zjistila, že jsem si zapomněla nabíječku na mobil a na recepci mi zapůjčili jejich:)

Cons:

Možná bych ty stroje ve wellness (běžící pás, rotoped,…) dala do nějaké jiné místnosti. Osobně mi přišlo nekomfortní chtít běhat na páse hned vedle lidí, co relaxuji ve vířivce

Pros:

Schönes Hotel mit guter Lage zum Kurviertel. In ein paar Minuten zu Fuß ist man dort. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Es gab viele Spa Angebote die wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben. Wir nutzen nur den kleinen Whirlpool. Man bekommt auch Badeschlappen und einen Bademantel. Wir hatten Glück dass wir ihn fast immer alleine hatten. Das Personal war freundlich. Frühstück war reichlich. Die Käse und Wurstauswahl war etwas wenig. Aber es hat trotzdem gereicht.

Cons:

Da die Parklatzsituation in Karlsbad nicht so gut ist, war es auch hier so. Man muss entweder über eine steile Treppe oder einen Weg von ca. 300 Meter über die Straße. Sollte man nicht so gut zu Fuß sein ist es etwas kompliziert. Man kann jedoch zum ein und auschecken direkt am Eingang parken. Und unbedingt reservieren da die Parkplätze begrenzt sind. Uns persönlich hat das nichts ausgemacht.

Miluji tento hotel. Jezdim casto. Jak na dovolenou, tak prespavam i na pracovnich cestach.

Pros:

Hotel má skvělou polohu, hned u Vřídla. Má i vlastní parkování za poplatek. Musím vypíchnout opravdu velmi pohodlnou postel, dlouho se mi v hotelu tak dobře nespalo. Také se mi líbilo to, že když sjedete do suterénu hotelu, je tam vlastní vchod pro ubytované přímo do restaurace.

Cons:

Dle hodnocení na Booking jsem se těšila na ty skvělé snídaně, ale bohužel, výběr je poměrně malý, ale to by mi nevadilo tolik, jako to, že jídlo bylo studené, studená míchaná vejce opravdu nejsou dobrá. Hotel jsem vybrala hlavně kvůli Balneu, většinou bývá personál Balnea proškolen a dokáže procedury doporučit, zde tomu tak bohužel nebylo, to mě zklamalo. V den příjezdu navíc nefungovala sauna, upřímně, když vybíráte hotel podle toho, zda má saunu, tak je to trochu zklamání.

Viesnīcā no solitajiem spā un saunām nekas nedarbojās vis esot jāpiesaka atsevišķiatbildēja spa zonā,autostāvieta arī ir ierobežotam auto skaitam kā paveicas ja viesu nav tad ir vieta ja nē meklējat paši.

Mums nepatika varētu teikt ka vienkārša viesnīca kur pārlaist nakti nebija nkā no solītā ne spa ne lobi kur vakarā pasēdēt,nesmu sajūsmā par šo viesnicu bukletā piedāvātās lietas nebija sasniedzamas bēdīgi.
