Pros:

Il nostro soggiorno è stato breve, ma siamo stati bene e la struttura ci è piaciuta. Abbiamo ricevuto un'accoglienza molto calorosa e tutto lo staff è estremamente disponibile e cordiale La colazione era molto buona, viene provvista dal locale accanto all'hotel con servizio in terrazza. Posizione ottima per girare a piedi South Beach e per andare a correre/camminare a Lummus Park la mattina presto. La spiaggia è giusto a 10 minuti a piedi dove l'hotel fornisce lettini e asciugamani, l'ombrellone è a pagamento. L'hotel si trova in Espanola Way e ha diverse strutture l'una accanto all'altra, noi soggiornavamo in quella adiacente alla struttura principale che è anche più lontana dai rumori della via. Siamo stati bene e ci tornerei.

Cons:

Il menù della colazione inclusa è molto ristretto e le opzioni che ci sono con l'andare dei giorni sono un po' pesanti, soprattutto per chi come noi italiani, ha delle abitudini alimentarsi diverse dagli statunitensi. Sarebbe ottimo se riuscissero a includere delle proposte più light.
Le camere, benché curate nell'arredamento, sono piccole. Noi soggiornavamo nella king size, che avendo un letto di importanti dimensioni prendeva quasi tutto lo spazio. Il tappeto in stanza era abbastanza sporco, soprattutto sotto al letto e il bed runner era macchiato.

Bonito hotel, con detalles varios.
Pros:

La ubicación es un tremendo punto a favor, está justo en medio de todo y al lado de Española Way, así que se puede caminar a cualquier lado sin problema. El hotel en sí es muy bonito, tiene un diseño atractivo, y algo que le da un encanto especial es que está distribuido en varios edificios, se siente distinto a los hoteles tradicionales de una sola torre. El personal de recepción en general muy atento, destaco a Luis que nos ayudó en varias oportunidades durante la estadía.

Cons:

Un detalle que sí nos molestó bastante fue la forma en que hacían la cama: en las noches al abrirla nos dábamos cuenta que la sábana de abajo quedaba completamente arrugada, como repollo, daba la sensación de que la mucama solo estiraba la cama sin realmente acomodarla bien. También, a nivel de detalles menores, el horario del trago de cortesía es muy acotado (de 17 a 18), así que en nuestro caso lo perdimos porque justo a esa hora no estábamos en el hotel. La habitación se siente bastante pequeña para dos personas con maletas, cuesta moverse con comodidad, y el baño tiene puerta corrediza en vez de una puerta normal, lo que le quita bastante privacidad. Por último, la terraza donde se sirve el desayuno es tremendamente calurosa, le vendría muy bien más ventiladores para los meses de verano.

Awesome place and will come back but have a few minor suggestions!
Pros:

Awesome location, great amenities, love love loved the fact that we had complimentary towels and chairs at the beach, and very clean room and nice daily maintenance which is the most important.

Cons:

The room was a bit tight and there was a few minor issues that made it a bit uncomfortable - the bathroom door would not stay closed, it kept sliding opened unless you got it to stabilize a certain way. Also there were no window openings to ventilate the room or bathroom so it quickly got musty. The room door had a big gap at the bottom so you could hear everything in the hallway and vice versa. Lastly, the air conditioner was great but had a constant motor noise that was a bit annoying especially at night.

Another note - we could not redeem our last voucher for breakfast as we were leaving early in the morning. It would have been nice to be able to redeem it the previous day with a smoothie or another latte at Sunshine coffee for its value.

Agradable y buena ubicación
Pros:

Ubicación excelente, personal amable, buen servicio, instalaciones muy limpias y bien cuidadas. Piscina, camas balinesas, mucha comodidad en general.

Cons:

Colchón blando, almohada alta y desayuno poco variado. Y tener que dejar una fianza de $100 por noche, aún que parece que es en todo Miami.

Loved the hotel, but personally would like to plant it somewhere else.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel interior, instagram ready. Clean, chic, very friendly and helpful staff! The roof top with little pool and day beds. Our room was quiet with a small window to the quiet part of the backyard. Literally a 5 min walk to the beach with reserved beach chairs, towels etc.

Cons:

Its in the tourist epicenter of South Beach. Kinda curse and blessing at the same time. Dare to walk a bit away from it if you like it quiet. And the unexpected deposit of $100 per day gave it a little bit a sour taste. Also theres no complimentary drinking water, but plenty of late shops around.
