Très cher pour rien. Prenez un motel pour la moitié le prix et double le taille

Chambre avec lit ‘king’ était très petit avec pas de place pour ouvrir 2 sacs. Pas de eau dans le chambre. Ascenseur hors service. Ventilateur dans le salle de bains très bruyant . À enregistrement c’était dit le parking (valet) est inclus avec le chambre. À ‘Check out’ un chargé de $45 pour parking. Grand attente pour le baggage et aussi le voiture. Enregistrement à partir de 16hr!

Personnel et emplacement parfait mais chambre minuscules
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait sur Espanola way, le personnel super sympa et café dans la chambre.
Possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner dans un café bon et pas cher à droite en sortant de l’hôtel

Cons:

Logés dans le bâtiment principal ( il y a plusieurs bâtiments séparés) notre chambre était ridiculement petite, 30 cm d’espace entre le lit et le mur, impossibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres ( scellées pour l’isolation phonique de la rue) et pourtant bruit de musique cubaine jusqu’à 1h du matin

Good and not so good
Pros:

Location is great, very central, great food choices nearby

Cons:

Room too small, almost no storage. Do not book the double double bed room, you can't move. One bed is pressed against a wall, so the staff dont tuck in the sheets properly.Great bathroom and shower area, almost as large as the room.

Beautiful and good spot for Miami beach, quite overpriced for everything that happend during our stay.
Pros:

The rooms are nice and the bed is comfy and big, Spanish street is also really nice (but very expensive), the people working their were super friendly. It is a beautiful hotel to see & valet parking is nice.

Cons:

The cleaner forgot to close my door after cleaning so it was unlocked all day.. luckely nothing got stolen but felt unsafe, they said they would check the camera’s and let me know if someone came in the room after cleaning but never heard anything.

Also the toilets in the public areas of the hotel were not clean & missing toilet paper.

Starting Miami vacat with the right foot

Great location alongside Española way which has many great restaurants & close to the beach / main strip
Nice decor
Good facilities, roof pool is a nice area to chill albeit quite small
Our room was set back from the main road so was nice & quiet

Cons:

Rooms, as advertised and reviewed by others, are small but we found them to be perfectly fine for our needs
