Unpleasant, I won't be back
Pros:

Building work was intrusive, had men walking on a platform rt outside my window on 2nd floor had to keep the curtains closed. Room is dark a very small.
I had bfast in sunshine cafe, it had been raining I was seated outside on a soaking wet cushion on a bench.
When I said why did you do that, I was told it had been raining but they did not know the exposed cushion was wet!!!- seriously!

Would stay again.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and whilst you should expect this from any hotel you attend, this was a lovely experience.

Cons:

You can't avoid the fact that in a place like Miami, the streets are filled with energy until late. Whilst you had the balcony doors open, you felt like you were sitting at a restaurant table, close the doors and that feeling disappeared. The energy of the streets in the morning is very relaxed and the balcony doors can be wide open without the scent of pizza entering your room

Pros:

On a really vibey street, 6 min walk to the beach (with free beach chairs and towels), so much to do at the hotel

Design bonito e boa localização

Cons:

Quarto excessivamente pequeno, café da manhã no domingo no restaurante Drexel, que fica do outro lado da rua e faz parte do hotel, não estava sendo servido. Cruzamos com muitos funcionários extremamente gentis (como Jimi na entrada), porém na saída funcionário da recepção não ajudou com malas ao carregar o táxi e sou uma mulher grávida

Very nice hotel at a great location.
Pros:

They cleverly created a hotel out of 4 separate (renovated) existing buildings. Right at the heart of Miami Beach. Staff were all very very nice; made us really feel welcome.

Cons:

At first we drove by because we did not see the hotel; as a result we had to drive a long way (given that this was a peak day during spring break and police blocked pretty much all side ways for next 10 blocks) to get back to where we had to be.

Pros:

Location fabulous. Breakfast not great. But a great option awaits less than a block away on the street outside.
