Proprio di fronte alla stazione di Siracusa.
Pros:

Sono stato ospite di questo albergo due notti fa. Ero da solo e mi è toccata una stanza non molto grande ma pulita al piano terra con un letto a una piazza e mezzo con un comodo materasso che mi ha garantito un'ottima qualità del sonno. L'aria condizionata e la televisione erano perfettamente funzionanti e il wifi molto veloce. Nel prezzo della stanza era compresa anche una prima colazione continentale, con brioche, burro, marmellata, formaggini, cereali, succhi e caffè. Il rapporto qualità prezzo e la posizione comoda sia al teatro greco sia a Ortigia (oltre che alla stazione ferroviaria che è proprio di fronte) ne fanno la scelta ideale per un breve soggiorno a Siracusa.

Cons:

La zanzariera alla finestra piena di buchi che non consente di tenere aperta la finestra perché entrerebbero le numerose zanzare che ronzano numerose all'esterno.

Basic budget hotel in very convenient location for train/bus travellers
Pros:

Location is across the road from the train station and bus station. There is some noise from the street in the rooms at the front due to the location.
Front desk really friendly and helpful (and all spoke English).
Stairs to rooms (no lifts) but the front desk guy insisted on carrying our bags to the room when we checked in. (Happy to store your baggage after we checked out until our train, too)
Clean, basic room of a decent size with good air-conditioning. The room and bathroom are dated could do with a refurbishment, but was cleaned and replenished with fresh towels every day and had great wifi.
Continental breakfast - juice, yogurts, croissants, bread and jams with hot drinks served barista style by the waitress.
Short 15 min walk to Ortygia or you can take a local bus, likewise to the Neapolis Archaeological Park.
A few restaurants in immediate area... we loved Astrattu (https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Restaurant_Review-g187891-d25431298-Reviews-Astrattu-Syracuse_Province_of_Syracuse_Sicily.html) and lots of choice in Ortygia.

Pros:

The hotel was in a good situation near the bus and train station and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and Ortiga. All the staff were helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

I could hear other people in their room nearby and during the night someone was making loud groans which disturbed my sleep.
