Unfortunately, our overall experience was quite disappointing and did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price of the stay.

The cleanliness was definitely below an acceptable standard. Breakfast was also very poor, with limited variety, and the items remained almost exactly the same throughout our four-day stay.

We were also disappointed with the level of service. The staff did not seem particularly willing to assist with our request for an early check-in. On our last day, as we were planning to leave very early in the morning, we asked if a breakfast box ( a fruit, water and maybe a small sandwich) could be prepared for us. We made this request approximately eight hours before our departure, but were simply told that it was “too late” to arrange. It is difficult to understand why such a simple request could not be accommodated with that much notice. We also asked only once and did not insist after being told no.

The attitude at reception was another disappointment. In particular, the lady working the afternoon shift would barely make eye contact while speaking with guests, which came across as unwelcoming and unprofessional.

The sunbeds and umbrellas are also very old and uncomfortable and clearly need to be replaced. More generally, the hotel is outdated and in need of significant renovation.

Overall, considering the condition of the property, the quality of the breakfast, cleanliness, and the level of service we experienced, we unfortunately do not feel that the hotel offers good value for money.

Pros:

Hospitable Staff, Electrical Charging Station, Clean and Tidy Ambient, Beautiful Beach, Dinner Prices are also not expensive and delicious, therefore it is not required to go outside. The Breakfast is also fine

Sadece konumu iyiydi. Ve kapı sırası beklememek için erken gitmemize rağmen bizi erken saatte odaya aldılar çok teşekkür ederiz.

Cons:

Odada örümcek ağları vardı. Nevresimler de lekeler olup fiyat performans kesinlikle kötüydü.

Pros:

Otelin şehir merkezinde ve çok temiz. Havuzu oldukça yeterli deniz için başka beach lere gitmemize gerek kalmadı. 3 yaşında çocuğumuzla oldukça eğlendik yakınında park vardı ve yemekleri gerçekten lezzetli. Personel Türkçe bildiği için hiç zorlanmadık. Her şey için teşekkürler🙏
