We will be traveling through this area a lot in the future. We have just expanded our business to the Austin and Dallas

The two king bed option

Cons:

They made us park in a grassy area because we had a trailer and needed extra parking room. This has never happened to us before. When we are a paying guest, we should be able to park on the hotel parking lot!!!!

Most of the staff seemed friendly
Cons:

Trash cans were not empty when we arrived. My wife thought they would clean the room every 3 days.

I will definitely stay there again. Very affordable and the front desk employees are helpful and very friendly.

Cons:

The toilet didn’t flush well and tub was kinda backed up but I didn’t wanna switch rooms with six people. I did let them know when we checked out. Breakfast was good, but I had hoped there was eggs and biscuits

Pros:

Very nice grassy lot next to the hotel for pets. Parking was very close.

Cons:

I was put on the third floor so trips outside with pets had us wait for an elevator or take the stairs each time. A teenager was running and loud in the hallway.

Customer satisfaction is zero reason, there is no one at the reception, you can’t find it whenever you want, we’ll call at 7:00 in the morning, just tell me, there is no one at the reception, the lights are off, the lights are off, it’s a very bad place, the rooms were a little good in terms of service, but you can’t deal with anyone to enter and leave the hotel, you can’t find it, so I don’t prefer anyone to go there

Overall it was good. Just needs more upgrades. Better more comfortable pillows.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Wish there was a variety of fruit instead of just bananas. The location of the hotel is in a great spot. Close to stores, etc.

Cons:

For the staff to be more friendly and welcoming. All the pillows are very small and uncomfortable. Need to upgrade to better, bigger standard and comfortable pillows. Also better room darking curtains so at night it’s not so bright. Hard to sleep with light shining through the window. Other than that everything’s great..we will most definitely be coming back in the future.. Would recommend this hotel to others.
