Cons:

Customer satisfaction is zero reason, there is no one at the reception, you can’t find it whenever you want, we’ll call at 7:00 in the morning, just tell me, there is no one at the reception, the lights are off, the lights are off, it’s a very bad place, the rooms were a little good in terms of service, but you can’t deal with anyone to enter and leave the hotel, you can’t find it, so I don’t prefer anyone to go there

Overall it was good. Just needs more upgrades. Better more comfortable pillows.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Wish there was a variety of fruit instead of just bananas. The location of the hotel is in a great spot. Close to stores, etc.

Cons:

For the staff to be more friendly and welcoming. All the pillows are very small and uncomfortable. Need to upgrade to better, bigger standard and comfortable pillows. Also better room darking curtains so at night it’s not so bright. Hard to sleep with light shining through the window. Other than that everything’s great..we will most definitely be coming back in the future.. Would recommend this hotel to others.

The best Christmas I've had in along time.

Then they moved me to third floor. No mouse and the microwave didn't work.

Not much on their breakfasts. Location made it a little noisy being right off the interstate; but it was an easy a access so maybe evens out.

We had a great stay!
Pros:

Liz the manager on duty helped us change the room quickly and cheerfully due to the previous guest burning popcorn in the microwave. They had already cleaned it up but had not picked up the air cleaners yet... We were moved without any issues. The breakfast was wonderful, fresh and tasty. Fresh fruit, juices, cereals, waffles, breakfast biscuits and croissants and more!

Cons:

The shower head was leaking water and had shot the water into the bathroom. They came and checked it out.... our son had moved a rubber cover inadvertently which caused the water to shoot over the curtain. We were happy with the quick help we received. Maxine was very helpful as well!

King size bed

When looking for our room, we past by a couple rooms that smelled of weed really bad in the hallway. The water just got warm for a shower. Never did get hot.
