Lo staff è sempre stato educato, gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. La reception è aperta 24 ore su 24 e tutte le persone che abbiamo incontrato sono state cordiali e pronte ad aiutare. Ci hanno fatto entrare in camera prima dell’orario previsto per il check-in perché era già pronta e, dopo il check-out, ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli in reception senza alcun costo aggiuntivo.

La sala colazione è piccola ma ben organizzata. La signora che si occupa della colazione è molto disponibile e, al primo giorno, spiega agli ospiti cosa è presente sul buffet. La camera era piccola ma pulita e aveva tutto il necessario; ho apprezzato molto anche la presenza delle ciabatte.

La posizione dell’hotel è ottima, comoda sia per la metro sia per passeggiare e trovare ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Nonostante la zona centrale, le camere sono silenziose. Abbiamo soggiornato all’ottavo piano e dalla nostra camera si poteva persino vedere l’Acropoli, cosa che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
