Pros:

Emplacement parfait pour visiter Syracuse et Ortigie. La chambre était confortable pour 3. Un beau petit balcon dans notre chambre au 1er étage, avec table pour 2 donnant sur le port. Petit déjeuner avec buffet complet (salé et sucré) très bon. Tout le personnel est très attentionné. Un bon rapport qualité prix et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Cons:

L'insonorisation avec les chambres à proximité n'est pas exceptionnelle, mais difficilement améliorable dans ce genre de bâtiment ancien. Mais globalement tous les hôtes étaient respectueux et jamais de bruit abusif.

Je recommande cet hôtel très bien situé et avec un confort particulièrement appréciable.
Pros:

Chambre parfaitement adaptée pour une famille avec 1 enfant (lit simple). Grand espace dans la chambre avec deux balcons. Personnel au petit soin et petit déjeuner très agréable. L'hôtel dispose d'un emplacement géographique intéressant entre les parkings publics à proximité et le centre touristique de Syracuse.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Obwohl die Einrichtung und die Ausstattung (Einzelzimmer) nicht hochmodern waren, war das Zimmer sehr gemütlich und super sauber.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss, straßenseitig total ruhig, aber direkt gegenüber dem Frühstücksraum gelegen, der spätestens ab 06:40 Uhr für das Frühstück eingerichtet wird, und deshalb war es etwas laut in der Früh.

Pleasant stay in Ortigia
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located as you enter Ortigia and very close to the market, making it easy to explore the island by walk. The hotel's furnishing and bathroom is a little dated, but we had a comfortable stay. The important thing was that it was clean.
We reached the hotel with our own car and although one does not have to drive through ZTL areas, the receptionist proactively recorded the car registration number and reported it to the authorities. There are several parking options, both paid and free, close to the hotel.
The breakfast buffet, despite being small, had a very nice selection of savoury and sweet options. The person taking care of the buffet made sure that items consumed were immediately replaced.
Overall the hotel is good value for money and we would choose it again.

Sehr nettes hotel, am Anfang von Ortigia
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet am Anfang der Insel Ortigia und muss man nicht durch die schmalen Straßen fahren. Genau gegenüber befindet sich ein kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz. Von dort aus erreicht man sehr schnell die Gassen der Altstadt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, mit einem kleinen Balkon und Ausblick auf das Meer. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Immer wieder gerne.

Cons:

Wir waren Ende Februar auf Sizilien. Als wir eingecheckt sind, war das Zimmer relativ kalt. Es war keine Heizung, nur eine Klimaanlage die man zum heizen nutzen kann. Dauert etwas, hat aber funktioniert. Außerdem, war die Dusche etwas eng.

Pure relax in Ortiga
Pros:

We've chosen the hotel just to escape from rainy and cold Palermo (!) to sunny (at the time Siracusa). But what a lucky strike that was!
First - no issue to find a parking place in Ortiga, as there was plenty in the nearby parking zone (15€/day, use EasyPark app). Then super warm welcome at the reception - very nice people take care of the hotel. And the room (Family room) - not too big, not very modern, but tidy, very comfy and in practice quite spacious. Simply lovely and perfect for 2+1. Plus everything worked. Including heating from aircon (oh, yes ). I can imagine you wouldn't even need that much of cooling in the summercause the room had very high ceiling. Then the view - we had port view which is very nice; and 2 balconies.
Location is great if you want to stroll around. Everything is so close. In February it's so peaceful, that I could barely meet any people. And despite there is some traffic around the hotel you can get a proper sleep cause it's not causing too much noise. And only noise we could hear were the rumours at the corridor, but not too much.
The breakfast wasn't necessarily the best we ever had. Choice is a bit limited (it's a small hotel) but if you like sweet Italian breakfast - you won't complain. Because they make very good coffee and there are some decent fresh cakes.
One thing to watch out for: the tap water is a bit salty (I think in Siracusa in general, so if you wish to make tea or coffee - use bottled one or ask for filtered).

So.. that's a long review for a 2 nights stay. But we had so much joy staying there that it's worth it. BTW - great value for money!

Gopd stay for 1 night in Syracuse
Pros:

Good Breakfast. Hotel near big parking area (use EasyPark app). Hotel will add your car to ZTL list. Room was big enough for us (we travelled with 1.5 y.o. child). There is elevator. Stuff helpful. For us was good value for money.

Cons:

Load/Unload area near hotel was ocupied, but was not big problem since we parked really nearby.
