Amazing!
Pros:

Lovely friendly staff! Felt really at home and relaxed. The view from the roof terrace was amazing and the position of the hotel! I’ll definitely be back!

Pros:

La jeune fille de l’accueil a cherché des solutions à notre ennui.

Cons:

Chambre 106 au rez-de-chaussée a 2 doubles fenêtres. Les 4 poignées sont cassées et aucune fenêtre ne se ferme = beaucoup de bruit dans le centre (impossible de dormir) - sentiment de sécurité nul - moustiques.
Nous avions payé 2 nuits non remboursables et nous sommes partis après 1 nuit…. On nous a demandé de régler les taxes de séjour! Mesquin!

Poziția foarte bună în Ortigia

Cons:

Comunicarea despre parcare, am primit mesaj de la proprietate în care mi s a spus ca au parcare cu valet, iar când am ajuns la hotel nu aveau parcare disponibilă.
Exista o parcare foarte mare în apropiere în port, așa ca nu am avut probleme, însă ar trebui să modifice acel mesaj pentru ca induce în eroare.

Che terrazza!!!
Pros:

Posizione ottima vicino al mercato di Ortigia, con paccheggio sulla piazza retrostante seppur pubblico e a pagamento, veramente molto comodo. La terrazza con vista su due lati dell'isola per la colazione e gli allestimenti vintage/Ikea conferiscono all'albergo un tocco di eleganza.
Personale super cortese e disponibilissimo. Consigliatissimo!

Cons:

Un certo odore di ritorno dalle tubature di scarico presente lungo i corridoi. Un lieve intasamento nel piatto doccia iniziale, poi risotto.
