Muy bien ubicado

Cons:

Nos quedamos en el hotel en 2 ocasiones diferentes, la primera ocasión el personal del lobby fue muy amable pero en la segunda ocasión no tanto... no que representara un problema como tal pero fue diferente el sentimiento de la primera vez que nos hospedamos ahí a la segunda vez que nos hospedamos ahí.

Świetna lokalizacja, zwłaszcza gdy do Krakowa dociera się pociągiem. Hotel umożliwia bezpłatne przechowanie bagażu, co znacznie ułatwiło nam zwiedzanie po wymeldowaniu. Po przyjeździe zamierzaliśmy zostawić bagaże w przechowalni, ale Recepcjonistka sprawnie ustaliła, że nasz pokój jest gotowy więc możemy się do niego od razu udać. Wszelkie sprawy zgłaszane recepcji (np. wymiana poduszek na antyalergiczne) były realizowane od ręki. Pokoje bardzo dobrze wygłuszone, więc przy zamkniętych oknach nie było słychać przejeżdżającego tuż obok pociągu. Śniadania bardzo ok - każdy znalazł coś dla siebie, a dzieci dostały kredki i kolorowanki, żebyśmy w spokoju mogli nacieszyć się kawą i pysznymi świeżymi wypiekami. Woda, także gazowana dostępna w dowolnej ilości z dystrybutora na korytarzu hotelowym - świetne rozwiązanie. Personel bardzo pomocny, uprzejmy. Chętnie wrócimy i zdecydowanie polecamy!

Cons:

Zaskoczyły nas poduszki z różnym wypełnieniem znajdujące się w pokoju. Intuicyjnie liczyłam na antyalergiczne, a tymczasem po sprawdzeniu okazało się, że mamy też poduszki z gęsim puchem. Akurat w naszym przypadku był to problem z uwagi na alergika, ale po zgłoszeniu pracownicy zabrali puchowe poduszki, proponując wymianę na antyalergiczne. Było to zbędne, ponieważ poduszek było na prawdę dużo :)

Città bellissima, ci ritornerò ma soggiornando in altri hotel molto più belli, centrali ed economici.

Mai visto un hotel a 4 stelle dove nessuno parla l’italiano… 😳😳 infatti era impossibile dialogare perché facevano finta di non capire… le camere peccavano di igiene e quelli delle pulizie facevano finta di pulire… Comunque stanze piccolissime, sporche e rumore continuo del passaggio del treno….😳😳😳 SECONDO ME LE RECENSIONI POSITIVE SONO FALSE O FATTE DA LORO STESSI.

the junior suite was OK and suitable for 4 people, breakfast was generous, we had a lot of variety, and it was very good.
the staff were mostly nice.

Cons:

the double bed in the junior suite was 140cm!! highly uncomfortable for two adults to sleep in together. I expected from a hotel to have at least a 160 cm double bed.
