Beautiful hotel in Saint Petersburg. The breakfast was worth the extra cost. It was a quiet hotel with a market across the street, and great for anyone who speaks English. Every employee I encountered spoke both Russian and English. The staff was friendly, and even though the hotel was at capacity while I was there it was still cozy, and uncrowded.

The hotel is very nice. The staff are very helpful and kind. All know English and speak very well. The hotel is not in the center but not that far away, like 30 min walk to the Hermitage. The breakfast is very basic, nothing special. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Even though out windows face the street, there weren’t noises.

Out check in was quick and the young lady was friendly, helpful and informative
Our room,which was spacious, clean and comfortable with mini kitchen, was on the 6th floor and our beds were under a sloping roof
Had it not been for other factors, I would not have given this hotel a top rating
However there are other factors which justified my opinion
All the staff were excellent but particularly the young blonde lady at the bar
The dinner we had,Prix Fixe was excellent and superb value at 500 roubles for three courses of lovely food
Breakfast choice and quality were good but like many others I don't like the frankfurter type sausages
In summary,I'd strongly recommend for a great value stay in the city

It is cheap, clean, and the staff is friendly. The room was spacious and well maintained. The bed was ok. Location is off-centre, but not too far away from the attractions. Disadvantages: wifi does not work with the US phone numbers (they can help at the front desk); the art in my room was kinda strange and ambiguous.

The hotel was very charming and quite near Nevsky Prospekt - the main street. However, it was far away enough to enjoy another neighbourhood of the city. The staff was very helpful! Totally recommended.

Everything was good e.g. location ..it is near to the railway station, breakfast ,staff and availability of bus in front of the hotel. However, we had to ask to slightly cool the room.

Nice unique style and decor and intimate. Off main tourist centre but this a good thing as it had good transport links to everything.
Only fault was limited menu, but maybe this was seasonal.

Everything is unique about this property. I would recommend everybody to stay in this Hotel! Comparing to other mini hotels I must say this one is really the best. Not to mention it is in the center of the city, the atmosphere inside is so warm, comfortable. You feel like you are the most welcome person. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. It was my second stay in hotel Vera and definitely not the last one.

The hotel was close to the heart of the city with trolley buses passing the front door every few minutes.
The hotel was very welcoming with comfortable lounge seating in the reception area. Also operated a modern licensed restaurant.
Staff spoke English and were very helpful.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff was superb especially Natalya she gave me a lot of advice about planning my trip. The breakfast was very nice and tasty. I also enjoyed the food in the hotel restaurant. Overall it was a great experience.
