Pros:

I like the fact that the suite was very clean. I was not expecting a bathroom for each room. That was very nice. There was a lot of space. The full kitchen was a plus for us. The staff was very nice and helpful

Staff was nice and accommodating.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Very convenient to Methodist Surgical Center.

Pros:

In the past I've stayed at Hyatt House in Addison, never had such an experience

Cons:

We traveled far, when reserving the room, over 2 months ago, I called and let them know that one of the people traveling with me is handicap, and they still put us on the 3rd floor, there's no elevators and now my aunt still can't walk and it's Thursday, not to mention they overcharged me in my opinion, totally unsatisfied and I will never be back

Buena ubicación, y se nota que ya han colocado sábanas nuevas, es uno de los hoteles favoritos de dallas pero si necesita renovación, esta muy descuidado

Pros:

The convenience , close to restaurants

Cons:

The carpet needs to be replaced, beds were hard , property smelled like cigarette smoke outside, people didn’t have their dog on a leash.

It was an awesome stay!
Pros:

It was located in a great area. I love the 2 separate rooms. I don’t think I can go back to just 1 room now.

Cons:

It was on the 3rd floor and I was with small children. When I asked if I could request the 1st floor on my next stay, the front desk clerk told me I could request it but it wouldn’t be guaranteed that I would get it. If my family could get 1st floor then it would be the perfect stay!

Pros:

We just looked for a place near my daughter's address. This was a very nice apartment. Quiet, private with parking available close to door. The grounds were nice. We didn't stay long enough to explore more.
