Comfortable place to stay, great location; could walk everywhere. Pleasant staff.
Pros:

Great breakfast. Excellent location for symphony and shopping on State Street.

Cons:

There was a mixup on the bill which took several phone calls and emails to settle afterwards, but the issue was resolved.

Buen hotel con excelente ubicación.
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente para visitar en centro de Chicago. La Bean está como a 2 manzanas. También cerca de tiendas y restaurantes alrededor del hotel. El lago a unos 10-12 minutos y el canal a la misma distancia.
El hotel está muy bien con habitaciones espaciosas. Limpio. Bonitas vistas de Chicago (teníamos la habitación en una planta alta). Personal agradable y atento. Desayuno correcto. Bien aislado por lo que no es molesto el ruido de la calle, aunque también es una zona relativamente tranquila para estar en el centro. Es como se ve en las fotos.
Si vuelvo a Chicago este hotel es para repetir.

Cons:

Por poner una pega el salón de desayunos es un poco pequeño por lo que si coincides con bastante gente puede que tengas que esperar para tener sitio donde sentarte si no vas solo.

The staff was incredibly helpful especially Robyn at the front desk. The location was great for our visits to The Art Institute and Grant park.

Cons:

We had issues with our toilet flushing. Maintenance came promptly on our first call but the second time we were informed that no one was available until noon to help us which isn't really convenient when your toilet is clogged at 8am.

La ubicación excelente. La habitación comoda. El edificio antiguo de un teatro

El desayuno muy malo todo, nada rescatable. Se rompió la caja fuerte y no volvió a funcionar. El personal, a excepción de una recepcionista q estaba por la tarde muy amable, muy poco colaborador. Por la mañana no pudieron llamarme un taxi al aeropuerto y pretendían que con mi equipaje y un bastón que uso, por problemas en la columna, me fuera a buscar taxi a la esquina. Muy amable el valet parking qué me asistió.

Cool, comfy bed but weird location.

The staff was sweet and helpful. We did not eat the breakfast once while there.

Cons:

THe location was very weird, there are not clear instructions on how to get to the lobby floor, the security guard when you walk in was not very helpful. I had to figure it out alone.
