どこに行くにもとても便利な場所にあります。部屋にバスタブがあってありがたかったです。温かい朝食もおいしかったです。もしまたシカゴに行くことがあれば利用したいと思います。

古い建物のせいか、壁が薄く、隣の部屋の声が聞こえました。うるさいとまでは思いませんでしたが、気になる人は気になるかもしれません。

It was very nice, the front desk staff were amazing and helped with my understanding.
Pros:

I liked the staff a lot, they were very kind and helpful. The breakfast food was good as well.

Cons:

I came to the hotel around 8 pm and couldn't get in. I had someone who was staying there let me in.

Pros:

Our visit started with a rude, demeaning receptionist. For early check in they wanted $25, but checking our bags was free, so that’s what we did. The rooms were clean and nice. At check out, the next morning the elevators were quite a wait.

Great Loop location. Affordable. Great stay.

Hotel staff were very nice.
The room was well maintained, clean, quiet.
The bathroom was clean.
Some commenters say the breakfast area gets crowded. We did not have that problem, but we tended to eat later in the breakfast window.
The hotel is very, very convenient to everything in the Loop.
There is no lobby, or at least in the conventional idea of a hotel lobby. It is a check-in area. So if you like people watching this hotel does not have a lobby for that.
They have no "business center", no place to print out documents. But the staff was accommodating, giving me an email address to send my documents and they then printed them out for me.

Amazing staff and food
Pros:

There are a lot of things I highly anticipate from my travels and stays, hotel breakfast is not one of them. Yet, I was amazed because the food here is the best I’ve ever had. It was varied and flavorful, I’ll admit I repeated just because I wanted to mix up and discover all that they offered. (The waffle velvet mix is a personal favorite.). The staff was kind and attentive, especially Kay, who was always making sure we had the best experience. The quality of the personnel projects the values of the hotel, I will definitely recommend .

Friendly stay with tons to do around
Pros:

I can’t recommend the Hampton Inn Majestic enough. It is easily one of the best-run hotels in Chicago.

The breakfast is a major highlight—everything was fresh. Unlike many city hotels that struggle with the morning rush, the staff here kept every item perfectly stocked and the entire dining area spotlessly clean. It made for a seamless, stress-free start to every day.

What truly sets this place apart, however, is the service with a smile and Good Morning! I'm not normally a morning person until coffee is in hand, but Miss Kay is awesome, sets the tone, and brightens the entire area with positivity.

I will be back again and hope the same staff is here!
