The room’s are very clean and all the staff are so friendly and accommodating! The breakfast is really good and I’m impressed to find a hotel at this price and quality! Kay came around to make sure everyone was doing well during breakfast and was so nice! I would definitely come here again.
Breakfast was great! Lots of choices and food was restocked quickly.

Liz at front desk was awesome! We booked through Bluegreen but their payment is through a third party. The payment was declined so I had to call bluegreen customer service. After being on hold for over an hour, I paid with a personal credit card. Liz was great bringing water and snacks, and checking on us. She was great!! Definitely will be back …. Customer service was amazing!!
Super ubicación! El personal 100 puntos
Todo ok
I chose the Hampton Inn Majestic because a clean bathroom is top priority for me.
Other places caught my eye with gorgeous entryways and chandeliers but so glad I took this hotel. Courteous and down to earth staff. Crisply made beds every afternoon when we returned to the room, and fresh towels with that sterilized clean smell. We felt welcomed and will definitely come back next time we are in Chicago.
Thank you 😊
Esta ubicado en el mejor lugar para moverse en chicago. Atención en español para los latinos
En temporada de diciembre el lugar del desayuno en pequeño, pocas mesas y el desayuno en continental con opciones normales peronigual es buen desayuno

Valet service was slacking lol
Location
Booking says free breakfast, and the breakfast is awful.
Love the proximity to the theatre district, the lake, and the Art Institute. Decent breakfast, though I always wish for better coffee options. Also, it would have been nice to have ice water available in a pitcher. When I asked for water, I was sent down the hall and around a corner to a water fountain fill station in the hallway.
We were on the 6th floor and had no view out the window. All the windows in the breakfast room were dirty. The bed wasn't very comfortable, and the room cost (300+) felt expensive for a room with no view.
