unfortunately, our tickets for 1 pm Hamilton did not show up on stub hub. We were able to go to 7pm
Pros:

Convenience of having the theater next door.

Cons:

I wanted a place with valet parking. The websites states they have valet parking. I also received an email that stated valet parking was available. When we arrived, we were told there has not been valet parking for a long time. The person behind the desk did help us find a parking area close by.
I thought the breakfast was a perfect variety and very good.

Pros:

I keep returning to this Hampton Inn because of its location, and because I get what I expect from a Hampton Inn.

Cons:

The Breakfast the one morning, the scrambled eggs were "off" in that they were not the same make up as I had come to expect. It was as if you changed suppliers, and that these eggs were not as 'tasty' and 'fulfilling' as at previous stays.

Very well run hotel!
Pros:

Standard, very nice Hampton Inn breakfast. Can't complain, but they only had light roast and decaf coffee.

Very attentive staff and management. They were very quick to a small issue with the room. And they checked back later to make sure everything was right.

Overall it was an okay stay if a comfortable bed is not important to you and you want to be super close to the theater.
Pros:

We saw a show at the CIBC theater so the location was so convenient!

Cons:

The beds were hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. Not much around in walking distance to grab a quick meal.

La ubicacion es excelente. A dos cuadras del bean, cerca al cimercio, a distancia caminable del museo y del los.edificios iconicos. El personal es muy amable y servicial. El.aseo de las habitaciones es diario.

Cons:

Mi habitación no tenía grandes ventanas y era un poco oscuro, pero tenía muchas lámparas.

Perfect spot right in the middle of everything!
Pros:

Such a cool place to stay! The room was completely updated, the beds were comfortable, the room was spacious and immaculate!

Cons:

The ONLY thing that I would hope to see improvement on is the breakfast area, it’s a very tight area. BUT we still ate and it was a plus to have it offered!
