Interior was alright.

Cons:

The stay was disappointing mainly because of the check-in experience. Receptionist was very rude and slow at his work. I had to wait around 30 minutes just to get my room because the reception area was overwhelmed by a large group of teachers and children attending some chemistry competition. Situations like this should be anticipated by the hotel management — if large organized groups are expected, there should be at least two receptionists available to handle guests efficiently. Regular guests should not have to suffer because of poor staffing decisions.
The whole process was much slower and more uncomfortable than it needed to be.
Overall, the hotel needs to improve its organization and reception management, especially during busy events.

Pros:

Ulica Ustanička je velika neprometna dvopasovnica, zato je lahek dostop do centra. Parkirišče je veliko in varovano. Osebje zelo prijazno. Račun izdelajo v minuti. Zajtrk soliden. Čistoča ok.

Geweldige service
Pros:

Ik had per ongeluk dit hotel geboekt terwijl het een ander moest zijn. De kosten waren niet terug boekbaar. Ik belde de receptie en een aardige medewerkster gaf aan dat het geen probleem was en de kosten niet verrekend zouden worden. Wat een service. De volgende keer in Belgrado is dit het hotel wat ik zal boeken. Grote klasse!
