Lovely staff, pool spa and sauna facilities were great. Overall great value for money
I left my very expensive jacket in the cupboard and my makeup bag with hundreds of dollars worth in it and hair cripmer with my hair extensions contact lenses everything at the hotel I rung up and they said nothing was in the room when I 100% no I left my jacket in the cupboard and makeup stuff in the bathroom. They said it was not there.

Beds were very itchy I was scratching all night had to sleep in clothes, the curtains were to small for the windows so the light came in the morning which didn't really matter anyways as I didn't sleep due to excessive yelling all night, fighting outside and banging noises coming through the walls tbh I wouldn't stay again as it's to noisy and not worth it. I wanted a nice night away without the kids and I got nothing but headaches. Bathroom had no conditioner in it. I don't recommend this place if you want a peaceful sleep
Location was excellent, room was clean and tidy and bed was comfy.
The room change on level two was ok but the hall was packed up with access hard to get to and from room at times because of renovations.
