This will be collected by credit card, debit card or cash. You will be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by the same method of deposit payment, subject to an inspection of the room. Pre-Authorizations - Under normal circumstances, banks should be releasing this hold when the pre-authorization has been canceled by us. Occasionally some banks are unable to release the hold immediately and may reflect on your account for 4 - 7 working days (depending on the bank of issue). The hold will then automatically disappear from your account meaning you would not see money coming in - the pending transaction would go away.

Pros:

Realised at the last minute that we had booked a studio instead of a suite. Tbh the room was great despite probably being in the noisiest position in the building. Staff were fantastic and the room was serviced daily. There is no better location ( minutes from buses, trains and ferries)
Pool and sauna add to the pleasure. Third visit and we'll be back next year

Cons:

Small gripe the ongoing renovation work means the balcony was too dirty to put swimmers etc outside to dry. Other than that, all good
