This will be collected by credit card, debit card or cash. You will be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by the same method of deposit payment, subject to an inspection of the room. Pre-Authorizations - Under normal circumstances, banks should be releasing this hold when the pre-authorization has been canceled by us. Occasionally some banks are unable to release the hold immediately and may reflect on your account for 4 - 7 working days (depending on the bank of issue). The hold will then automatically disappear from your account meaning you would not see money coming in - the pending transaction would go away.

being my first time there i really liked it.
Pros:

the hotel was very good location for walking to everywhere.

Cons:

i found the shower in the bath to be vey small, as im already a small person so anyone bigger will be worse.

Got to the hotel and had been told my reservation had been moved down the street to their other hotel. The lack of communication to tell me this before my stay was terrible

Pros:

The pool and spa area awesome and the location 10/10

Cons:

Did not like a smell walking into our room. Didn't appreciate having to evacuate for no reason. Wifi is absolutely terrible. We had a door that opened up into someone's else's room. Bathroom door was really creaky sounding like a witches laugh. Shower was weird had to figure that out with no instructions and although the shower pressure was strong the shower head could not keep still and was shooting for the stars.

Personally wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

really good location. has a pool and gym. close to two supermarkets. rooms have balconies.

Cons:

Our room had stains on the walls in the bathroom and on the shower curtain.
The button on our shower head was broken. the lights remained on in the hallways overnight (this is normal) but with a gap of at least 1cm under the door meant that the light came into the room and lit up the room.
Out of the four staff we interacted with, only one gentleman was able to check us in and was the only helpful person there.
The ‘bag hold’ was right in the lobby by the doors where someone could come in and take them.
The walls were paper thin and we were woken up by a crying baby at 3am.
The appliances hadn’t been safety checked in over 10 years.

Comfortable inner city accommodation
Pros:

Very close to Te Pae Pae Theatre and city restaurants. Blackout curtains meant we slept in (great!). There was no street noise even though we were on the first floor and above a cafe. The room was big, comfortable mattress and pillows.

Cons:

The shower was over a small bath, and the curtain touched me the whole time.

Highly recommended this hotel location facilities staff and room
Pros:

I liked everything. The location so central to everything, the 1 bedroom apartment was fantastic, big, with a kitchenette if you wanted to cook. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna were really great. And the price was very good. Also not to forget the staff was great to.

Property was nice and clean. The bedroom suite was very spacious, wasn’t expecting the bed to have its own room that’s seperate from the living room. And, the hotel is literally very close to the sky tower and Queen st.

Cons:

I just wish that the shower at least had a glass wall instead of a shower curtain so the water wouldn’t get everywhere
