La localización y la atención del personal

Cons:

Las instalaciones de la habitación, la cama tenía un colchón bastante viejo y las almohadas eran muy incómodas, además solo había una almohada para cada persona. Además el baño estaba muy viejo. La relación calidad precio, con el tema de instalaciones externas estaba ok pero de cara a la habitación no se corresponde lo que pagas con la calidad.

La struttura é molto bella, dalla camera avevamo una vista pazzesca. Lenzuola pulite ogni giorno, camera pulitissima. Anche la posizione é perfetta.

La camera che si pone su due livelli ed è comunque slegata dalla struttura di fatto rendendola indipendente. In generale tutto ben tenuto, piscina, giardino, ristorante e bar. Spiaggetta che da sul golfettino posteriore. Personale disponibile. La navetta gratuita per andare alla spiaggia rena bianca

Cons:

L'unica nota negativa, è la visibilità dell'ingresso del resort dalla strada. Occorrerebbe mettere un indicazione magari sul lato opposto all'ingresso.

It was simply exceptional. Really appreciated the facilities and very usable swimming pool to do laps as well. I had a room facing the pool. Very spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend it it was super for the price

Un hôtel qui mériterait d'être réévalué, cela reste une bonne expérience mais le service n'est pas à la hauteur
Pros:

L'extérieur est très beau et pas de problème de parking, les chambres ont un petit charme. Les serviettes de piscine sont fournies et la piscine est très agréable et belle, pas de difficulté pour trouver un transat disponible.
Le coin plage privée est ... mignon mais pas spectaculaire. Et il y a un coin pour les enfants.
Bonne expérience dans l'ensemble.

Cons:

Un hôtel qui mériterait d'être réévalué.
Les chambres sont trop petites pour un 4 étoiles et il manque des équipements (pas de thé ni café ni théière , et seulement shampoing et savon dans la salle de bain). Les lits ne sont pas confortables.
Le restaurant ne nous donnait pas envie donc nous avons passé notre chemin mais nous avons testé le petit déjeuné (à 15€ par personne par jour) qui est très bien mais qui serait plus raisonnable à moitié de son prix actuel.
La taxe de séjour à la sortie est excessive (3,5€ par personne par nuit alors que un autre hôtel quelques nuits plus tôt nous a précisé que c'était 1€ par personne par nuit).
Pour le personnel, je ne sais pas si c'est de la timidité mais ils n'étaient pas particulièrement accueillant sans être méchant pour autant, juste pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles.

piscina grande e confortevole ma con il cloro....andrebbe valutato il sale
la colazione semplice ma abbondante e varia dolce e salato in quantità
la posizione top, ogni spiaggia della costa smeralda raggiungibile facilmente
personale tutto simpatico e disponibile (reception, camerieri, pulizie)

Cons:

inammissibile in un 4 stelle la doccia con la tenda
curare un po' di più gli esterni, il posto ha un grande potenziale, ma è lasciato un po' al degrado
oltre bagno schiuma e shampoo non c'era nulla come set di cortesia
