Beautiful interiors, old school hotel in incredible location
Pros:

A really beautiful hotel with wonderful interior design. The ceiling are hand painted, the furniture is all carved wood. Feels like a fairy tale. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from Charles Bridge. Breakfast was sufficient.

Cons:

While this wasn't an issue for us, I could see how it could be noisy from the street if you have an exterior room. There isn't an elevator so bear that in mind if you have any mobility issue. The oddest thing is the recommended (yet mandatory) tips at check out. It's 200 czk a day and didn't seem like it was optional. They mask this as city fees (which are 100 czk a day) and hotel fees. We paid it and moved on but be prepared.

Personāls bija laipns,istaba tīra,gulta komfortabla un brokastis pietiekamas.

Cons:

Istaba bija ļoti maza,praktiski gulta un viss.Logs izgāja uz Kārļa ielu,kura savieno tiltu ar vecpilsētu-troksnis nenormāls,naktī gulēt nav iespējams.Viesnīcas 1 stāvā ir krogs,kurš strādā līdz 4 rītā,attiecīgi bļaustīšanās,mūzika un ciigarešu dūmi pa logu bija katru vakaru.

Avoid – completely misleading and not a 4★ experience
Pros:

This was an extremely disappointing stay and absolutely not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel.
Firstly, our room was not located in the main hotel building but in a separate block which honestly felt more like a building site. The area appeared unfinished and poorly maintained, with cables hanging out of the walls and visible construction elements. You can see this clearly in the photos I’ve attached.
Secondly, we had booked a double room with an extra-large bed, yet what we were given was a very small room with two single beds placed one behind the other because there wasn’t even enough space to put them side by side. This was completely different from what we had booked and extremely uncomfortable.
The room was cramped, poorly presented and did not match the description or expectations of a 4-star hotel. The photos I’ve uploaded show the condition of the room and the surrounding building.
Overall, the experience felt misleading and far below the standard advertised. If these rooms are located in a separate building that appears unfinished, this should be made very clear to guests at the time of booking.
Very disappointing and unfortunately not somewhere I would stay again or recommend.

Very happy - make your own opinion
Pros:

The hotel is situated on the main tourist route to the Charles Bridge, so expect crowds outside.
Hotel is welcoming, warm and we found the staff friendly.
Room 221 (2nd floor) overlooking the back of the hotel. Very quiet room, clean and warm. Furniture is dated, but with character and certainly not an "Ikea" room. Only downside was the mattress was very hard.
All in all a good located hotel in central prague and good value for money

Par šo naktsmītni būs grūtu pastāstāstīt. No grezniem griestu gleznojumiem un gleznām 1 stāvā, līdz pazemes klubam turpat pagrabstāvā. Labāk to vienreiz redzēt, nekā....
