emplacement idéal pour visiter Prague. au pied du pont Charles dans une petite ruelle qui reste relativement bruyante le soir. mais cela ne m'a pas dérangé.

En revanche, l'hôtel est situé dans une petite ruelle menant au pont Charles. En penchant la tête vers la gauche, on peut effectivement apercevoir le pont ainsi que le château. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur le site de Booking ou sur celui de l'hôtel, l'établissement ne bénéficie pas d'une façade donnant directement sur ces points d'intérêt.

Alles war super! Sehr freundliches Personal, schöne und saubere Zimmer. Da sich das Hotel mitten im Zentrum befindet, ist es nachts allerdings nicht ganz ruhig. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Melhor localização não existe! Esta literalmente na entrada da principal ponte da Cidade (que é o principal ponto turistico)

Freundliches Personal, Frühstück war okay, aber immer das gleiche. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut eingerichtet.

Cons:

Ein anderes Zimmer als gebucht, im Nebenhaus mit Baustelle. Sehr viel Lärm von der Straße, unangenehmer Geruch im Flur. Sind doch sehr enttäuscht 😞

Lovely hotel, would choose to stay here again!
Pros:

Amazing location, in the heart of the Old Town. Lovely old building, charming bedrooms, lovely, helpful staff, fantastic underground bar, just amazing to see what they have done deep underground

Cons:

no elevator, had to climb three floors from reception to my room, but a small price to pay to stay in such a lovely old building....and the exercise was good!!

Samotný pobyt byl v pořádku, ale velmi nepříjemně nás překvapil způsob závěrečného placení.

Při příjezdu jsme zaplatili částku označenou jako poplatek za ubytování s tím, že povinný městský poplatek bude uhrazen až na konci pobytu. Při závěrečném vyúčtování však hotel k tomuto poplatku připočetl také spropitné, a to ještě předtím, než se nás zeptal, zda s jeho zaplacením souhlasíme.

Spropitné má být vždy dobrovolné a host by se měl sám rozhodnout, zda ho chce dát a v jaké výši. Za velmi problematické považuji zejména to, že zahraniční host, který nezná výši ani princip pražského místního poplatku, může snadno nabýt dojmu, že předložená částka je povinná a musí ji zaplatit celou.

Nejde nám o samotnou výši částky, ale o princip a transparentnost. Takový postup považujeme za nevhodný a u hotelu této úrovně bychom ho opravdu neočekávali. Bohužel nám pokazil jinak dobrý dojem z pobytu.

La posizione è il top ..esci dall' hotel attraversi la strada e sei sul ponte Carlo...super centrale

Camera purtroppo senza aria condizionata..non c'è una presa per poter caricare il cellulare...devi staccare le lampade per poter usare le prese.assensa della reception dalle 19.00 alle 07.00 e sorpresa finale al check out...conto con la tassa di soggiorno più una mancia decisa da loro per ogni giorno di soggiorno.... nell' hotel... colazione con prodotti dolciari a volte stantii...
