Hotel blisko plaży Waikiki, jeden z najtańszych w okolicy.
Brudno, pokój w złym stanie, z tego hotelu wynieśliśmy w walizkach robaki. Deklarowany parking w ofercie był w całości zarezerwowany dla zewnętrznych osób więc musiałem parkować na publicznym w cenie 50 dolarów za dobę.
The only thing we liked about this hotel was the distance to the beach and all the restaurants nearby.
Honestly, we had a horrible experience at this hotel and would not come back. We would kindly like to ask for a refund, if possible. We had connecting rooms with our family and our friends stayed in a studio room across from us. We had the two-bedroom suite with a connecting room. After checking in, we noticed the connecting room had a strong "pee" smell which we thought may be the AC and that the smell would go away. It was very uncomfortable to sleep that night. The next morning, the smell was so strong that it made the two-bedroom suite smell too! We had to go downstairs and ask the front desk to see about possibly getting a different room. They sent a maintenance guy and he thought it was the AC too when he came up. Then he called the front desk manager to come up and when he walked in, he knew that it wasn't the AC. He checked to see availability for another room and offered us a room on the other end of the floor away from our family and friends. He said that was the best they had. Later that day, we hear dogs barking when we pass by that room. That's when we realized the strong pee smell in that room was most likely from the prior pets. We didn't not know that hotel allowed pets when we booked it but also why would they give us that room if it had such a strong smell? It really did ruin our vacation a little bit. It was such a horrible hotel stay experience.
