Great place in a good location
Pros:

I visited for two weeks. Everyone on the staff, his kind, and everyone tried their best to make my visit enjoyable. I’ll visit this hotel the next time I’m in Waikiki.

Stay clear if you can
Pros:

Our trip was a last minute event therefore all neighboring hotels were already booked or had sky high prices.
Negatives: there were numerous cockroaches of different sizes and species in both rooms mainly during evening/night hrs, our room was lacking microwave and an odd location of receptacle between shelving forced us to use a coffeemaker on the bathroom vanity top. Internet was working about 50% of time. Laundry room that was situated next door always had laundry noises. A gym or a pool are absent as well.

Pros.: convenient location
Stay clear if you can.

Velbeliggende og behageligt hotel
Pros:

Meget velbeliggende i forhold til Waikiki. Dejlig altan og gode parkeringsmuligheder. Vi havde en fin oplevelse.

Cons:

Meget slidt, trænger til gennemgribende renovering, men stadig behageligt.

Pros:

ホノルル美術館の無料入場券をもらえたこと。

Cons:

3部屋予約してそのうちの1部屋ですが
・コーヒーメーカーのコンセントが届かないし、使えるコンセントが風呂のみ。
・セキュリティボックスがない。
・ハンガーがない。
部屋を代えてもらいましたが、ここでもトラブルが
・浴槽の天井から水が垂れてきたのに、対応してくれなかった　→　フロントのロイさんは水漏れの時にやり取りを知っているが、翌日になるとわからない言って対応を逃げた。
・シーリングライトが壊れていたが、夜間の担当者は対応できなかった。
・窓にレースのカーテンしかなかったため、夜になると丸見えになるため電気をつけられなかった　→　これは最終日にトレーシーさんがシーツをつけて目隠しをつけてくれた。

その他、私の部屋は他の部屋のように絨毯も木の床でもなく、むき出しのコンクリートでした。

I am SO happy I found this place. It will definitely be my go-to when I come to town.
Pros:

The location can't be beat for the price. It is a 7 minute casual walk to the beach. It is right between the two main streets of Waikiki, Kuhio and Kalakaua, so there are plenty of restaurant and shopping opportunities with in minutes. There are two main bus stops within 4 minutes of walking that you can catch a bus to anywhere on the island. (including the airport) The hotel is right across the street from the Honolulu Zoo, so for anyone interested in that, it's steps away.

Cons:

It's not so much that I didn't like this, but I just want people to be aware. This is NOT a luxury hotel by any stretch of the imagination. All around you will see the nicer, expensive, fully catered hotels, but if you're on a budget and you don't mind chipped paint, older facility, this place is perfect. Don't be that person that complains because some of the tiles are chipped, there are stains in the sink, etc. It is what it is.

Affordable Waikiki Property with Amazing Staff
Pros:

An excellent affordable property in the heard of Waikiki. The rooms are a bit dated but worth the money. The staff was exceptional - not one but ALL! WiFi was great and a small fridge in the "Moderate" room was a bonus.

Cons:

I must have had the only uncomfortable mattress in the hotel, but when I told the front desk, they quickly sent up more blankets and pillows (hotel was fully booked). Excellent customer service. Hotel parking is limited and pricey but that's the norm in Waikiki. Again, the staff was super accommodating when it came to loading and unloading my car - even though I did not park there.
