Not sure if it was the smell of the damp carpet or dust balls in the vent. Very unpleasant. Had to wear a face mask to avoid breathing in the dust. Had a nasty cough after that. Left as soon as I could in the morning.

Pros:

Karaluchy małe i duże oraz inne niezidentyfikowane insekty, pleśń na ścianach i w toalecie oraz totalnie zagrzybiała klimatyzacja i wentylacja. Sprzęt w pokoju to relikty, a cały obiekt nadaje się do wyburzenia. Po jednej nocy wyprowadziliśmy się do innego hotelu i zapłaciliśmy 130 dolarów za pranie naszych rzeczy, bo zabraliśmy na gapę ze sobą kilka karaluchów. Dwa dni naszych wakacji wycięte z życiorysu.

Great value for money, great location and friendly staff.
Pros:

Amazing location and very friendly staff, went above and beyond to accommodate me!

Cons:

The rooms are a little basic but reflected in the price, also not spending much time in the rooms anyway when youre so close to the beach!

A decent value option
Pros:

This is a no-frills hotel. Aside from the dated room being comfortable and clean, there's no reason to stay in your room very long, and there are no other hotel amenities to enjoy. Fortunately, that need not be a problem. The hotel is just two blocks from Waikiki Beach (specifically Kuhio Beach and Queens Beach), and very close to Kapiʻolani Regional Park and the zoo. It's a good value considering the price and location.

Great place in a good location

I visited for two weeks. Everyone on the staff, his kind, and everyone tried their best to make my visit enjoyable. I’ll visit this hotel the next time I’m in Waikiki.

Pros:

Our trip was a last minute event therefore all neighboring hotels were already booked or had sky high prices.
Negatives: there were numerous cockroaches of different sizes and species in both rooms mainly during evening/night hrs, our room was lacking microwave and an odd location of receptacle between shelving forced us to use a coffeemaker on the bathroom vanity top. Internet was working about 50% of time. Laundry room that was situated next door always had laundry noises. A gym or a pool are absent as well.

Pros.: convenient location
Stay clear if you can.
