Great week for our family, we had all our expectatuons met, a great hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The room was clean, spacious for our family of 5, had aircon, staff was helpful and accomodating, the breakfast was amazing, the pool was excellent.

Cons:

No parking available but staff helped find parking for our rented car

Pros:

Emplacement idéal, bord de plage. Personnel très serviable. Chambre confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Cons:

La piscine est bien situé à l’ombre, mais n’étant pas chauffé, elle est trop froide. Je n’ai pas pu rentrer dedans.

Great location with lovely room but not best value option for couples
Pros:

Location is perfect for a beach holiday and the medina is only a short walk away. Room was large and clean; great shower. Facilities are good with pool and gym and hotel helped arrange taxis for us.

Cons:

Hotel caters to families as a result corridors and communal areas (pool) were noisy. Breakfast options very wide ranging but somehow lacked options. We stayed in other lovely riads in Morocco for half the price.

Un seul ascenseur qui marche alors que l’hôtel était complet. De longues attentes pour prendre l’ascenseur ou bien fallait prendre les escaliers

Cons:

La comida y el desayuno deben mejorar bastantes. Saturación y falta de mesas tendiendo que esperar de pie en todas las ocasiones. Horarios malos para cenar y comer. Falta de comida por exceso de gente. Deben mejorar mucho la organización
