Le séjour c’est très bien passé globalement je recommande cet hôtel

Le personnel était adorable et disponible,l’établissement est propre et bien entretenu j’ai beaucoup aimé la décoration , le petit déjeuner est varié ,les chambres sont spacieuses et confortable sans oublier la vue sur la marina qui est incroyable

Le personnel qui est présent au petit déjeuner ils sont aigris et pas du tout accueillant envers les clients
Ce serais bien qu’il y est un distributeur pour le café qu’on puisse avoir des cappuccino ou autre que du café au lait et pour les équipements ce serais bien d’avoir un vrai sèche cheveux car devoir garder le doigt appuyer sur le sèche cheveux tout au long ça fais mal et ça prend du temps

Great hotel if washing area was done up and breakfast upgraded could go up level in terms of stars.

De locatie was perfect en personeel was extreem aardig.

Cons:

Het kabaal van buiten is goed te horen. Voor de perfectionist mag de kamer wel wat onderhoud krijgen.

Très bonne expérience, j’y retournerais avec plaisir.
Pros:

L’accueil, la serviabilité du personnel notamment les voituriers. La propreté des chambres , le petit déjeuner et la piscine. Le restaurant espagnol était super. Un sans faute !

Pros:

Nous gardons un très bon souvenir au niveau de l'accueil nous ayons permis d'avoir une chambre avec un grand lit avec vue sur mer, une réceptionniste très professionnelle et de l'accueil par le responsable du petit déjeuner, il était très proche de nous et tenais à nous satisfaire, un très bon accueil, un sourire et de la compétence, un vrai professionnel, merci à eux!

Overall a great experience.
Pros:

Great location, right by the marina. The view from the room was amazing as it overlooked the marina. The staff were all very helpful, especially Mustafa and Salma, who helped us check in, and were very accommodating and were able to upgrade my room. The breakfast was great as it had a vast selection of food, and was well worth the price.

Cons:

The lifts were a bit small, and one of them broke down during the stay.
