An exceptional stay with outstanding service, thoughtful touches, and great value every visit exceed
Pros:

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and every visit has been consistently excellent. The check-in process is always smooth and efficient, and the customer service is truly high quality, with staff available around the clock to assist with anything you need.

A special mention to Chaimae at reception, who was incredibly kind and helpful, she really made us feel welcome and well taken care of.

We traveled with a baby and had a lot of luggage, and the team kindly helped us get everything to our room. They also provided a crib and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. On several occasions, they upgraded our room as a gesture of kindness which really shows how much they care about their guests.

They even allowed us to check in before the official time, which we really appreciated after traveling. The hotel genuinely goes above and beyond to make your stay special.

The location is also very convenient right on the corniche, close to Ibn Battouta Mall, relatively near the train station, and only about 20 minutes from the airport.

Overall, it offers a premium hotel experience at a very reasonable price. Every stay has been amazing, and we can’t wait to come back.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing significant, everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Nuestra estancia en el Marina Bay City Center de Tánger fue simplemente perfecta, ¡un 10 en todos los sentidos!
Destacamos especialmente la limpieza impecable de las instalaciones, algo que valoramos muchísimo y que superó nuestras expectativas. La ubicación también es ideal, muy cerca de la Medina, lo que permite moverse fácilmente y disfrutar de la ciudad sin complicaciones.
Pero sin duda, lo mejor fue el trato del personal: increíblemente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Como detalle que nos sorprendió gratamente, incluso se ofrecieron a llevarnos al aeropuerto , un gesto que demuestra su compromiso con el cliente.
Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Hotel great -a pity the restaurant was up to the same standard

The Hotel was good staff very attentive and we loved the breakfast room staff great

Cons:

The only issues we had was in the Hotels restaurant and bar next store ( note we stayed for 5 days last May in your Hotel) Poor service especially at the bar on 2 occasions we had to ask management to get is drinks ( we had the same issues last May same persons) The food was good and table service good - food a bit pricey -

Short stay during worst weather Tangier had experienced in years but hotel was nice

Clean and roomy, staff helpful . Good location close to port. Reception staff were particularly helpful. Room was spacious

Cons:

Requested change of dates due to adverse weather but was declined despite there being availability a week later. This limited our enjoyment and time in the city which was disappointing.
