Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber es war alles chaotisch. Das Zimmer war als Einzelzimmer vorbereitet, obwohl ein Doppelzimmer gebucht war. Für uns war ein Parkplatz im Hof reserviert, die Dame an der Rezeption schickte uns aber in die teurere Tiefgarage. Beim Auschecken kam die Frage, ob wir neben der Tiefgarage auch den Parkplatz im Innenhof genutzt hatten - stand leer.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage, Personal wie immer sehr freundlich und bemüht, neues Keycard-System wesentlich besser als das alte (vor allem beim Nachteingang), schöne Zimmer, bequeme Matratzen, die Badezimmer werden sukzessive erneuert, Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, Minibar (leider nicht funktioniert), ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Was de tweede keer. het was gewoon weer heel erg goed. ontbijt perfect. hulpvaardig personeel. Of ik nou vroeg om een strijkbout, of langer op de kamer te blijven, of een auto huren, alles geen probleem. was perfect.

Cons:

Het eten bij het restaurant is niet echt bijzonder. Heb een keer Rumpsteak gehad die een beetje taai was. Later een Schnitzel had die ok is. Maar dit is niet een reden om niet te komen.
