Amazing customer service and a pleasant stay.
Pros:

Staying at the Grove City Drury Inn with my two young grandsons was a destination vacation in itself.
Pros:

The property was clean, well appointed with amenities, and near the events I was attending.

Outstanding environment and amenities with friendly staff.
Pros:

Everything about the Drury Inn was exceptional from the time that we arrived until we left. The staff was friendly and helpful and greeted us with a smile and by name each time they saw us. The hotel was filled to capacity however the staff made us feel as though we were the only ones there. A great experience.

Pros:

Great, family friendly atmosphere. Each member of the staff that we met, went out of their way to be friendly & helpful. The accessible bathroom was spacious & the low-rise tub shower was equipped with grab bars.

Cons:

I would love to see a recycling program throughout the hotel.

Pleasantly surprised!
Pros:

appreciated the friendliness of ALL the staff, the bfast/dinner options were fresh and delicious, checkin and checkout were easy and even though the location was going through renovations you would not have known it if it were not for the signs.

Cons:

Can not think of anything we didn't like.

It was great for what we needed but would of been nice for the air to be on at night.

Great value. Rooms are big, everything really clean.
Pros:

it seems a little bit pricey at first but you get a lot and well worth it due to complimentary dinner, 3 drinks and breakfast. The food and service were great. Great value.
