We had a good restful stay.
Pros:

The location is good, nice and quiet. The breakfast was good, although it was the same menu all the three days that we had breakfast. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable

Cons:

The gym equipment was just the minimum that I expected.

It was okay. In a nice neighborhood, but far off the beaten path.
Pros:

It’s a nice property. Just odd, don’t know where the hotel ends and other businesses start. Upon checking in, there was no map. I ended up at a coffee shop and pharmacy trying to find our room.

Cons:

The staff was NEVER at the front desk. I couldn’t find how to turn on the lights in the room, no one would answer the phone at the front desk.

Not quality of Embassy Suits
Pros:

Our stay has been okay.
If you’re expecting the level of niceness as other Embassy Suits, this isn’t the place.

Everything has been clean in the room, but the hotel is dated. Everything seems a little tired and there are areas in the room where the doors need paint from getting used. Some outlets in our room didn’t work. Only one side of the bed has an extra plug block. for your phone. Poor planning in 2026. We asked for a second one to be sent to the room.

The eating area seems dark. The breakfast was not like other Embassy Suits. The coffee was terrible and the selection was almost Hampton Inn level. They didn’t even have bananas.

Other people wrote about parking and the hotel having no control over the it. We book this stay all on points and because of that, they waived the parking fee.

The AC system in the room is very loud. Luckily it’s been cold here and we were able to open the door.

Staff has been very nice.

I feel like we wasted our points here and wished we had stayed at a Hampton inn for less points/money.

Hilton should examine this property and rename it to Hampton inn or other lower level Hilton property.

I’m writing this as we’re still staying here and hope a manager sees this.

Great Hospitality When It Mattered
Pros:

While we did experience a hiccup with our room, I want to give a huge shoutout to Alondra at the front desk and the management team for how they handled it.

From the moment they realized the issue, they were communicative, professional, and genuinely focused on taking care of my family. Alondra was kind, patient, and made sure we felt acknowledged rather than brushed off. The management team stepped in quickly and went above and beyond to turn an inconvenience into a positive experience.

Customer service like this is what keeps us loyal to Hilton. Mistakes happen, but it’s how a team responds that makes the difference and this team nailed it. Thank you again for taking care of us and making sure our stay got back on track.

Overall good but not the best ever due to the noisy room.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Made to order omelets were wonderful. Potatoes on the buffet were not hot, but everything else was good

Cons:

The walls between rooms were thin. We could hear the people in the next room moving around and talking.
