Breakfast was wonderful, delicious and very helpful! We didn't need to go anywhere!
Our toilet had a constant sewage smell. We didn't make a complaint, because we didn't have time to have someone come to take care of it. But you should check room 127 for this issue.
So clean and everything was beautiful
Nothing
I cannot say enough kind things about the customer service we received from both Suddah & Judith! Although we had a few problems (not hotel’s fault-3rd party booking company’s fault), these 2 went above & beyond too make up for it! They earned our loyalty to Embassy Suites for sure & helped make our honeymoon extra special.
Happy hour snacks were good
They charged me for parking when it was supposed to be included. Also walking down the hallway I noticed a dead cockroach. Bathroom tub was dirty. Neighbors woke us up at 4:00am. I called the front desk twice to have it resolved.
The room and hotel were OK, but we added a days stay to our visit and our cards were not updated. We were locked out of the hotel and room.
When we added a day to our stay, the clerk did not update our key cards. When we returned to the hotel we were locked out and had a hard time getting in. The elevator we had used to get to the lobby was out. So, the clerk at the lobby said she would cancel our payment for parking as for our troubles, but that was never reflected on our bill.
It was nice.. the rooms were clean.. staff was very friendly..
The was no information about evening dining anywhere.. the advertised appetizers at social hour were big hunks of cheese and random odds and ends of crackers and veggies.. I asked about room service at the front desk and was told yes it’s an additional $10 but there’s no menus.. I guess you have to go down stairs and ask the incredibly busy bartender for a menu?? So Door Dash for the win..
Beautiful location!!!
The pool was a little cold for this time of year.
Nice location, staff, & restaurant.
It was overpriced for an older place
The parking fees weren't disclosed until check in. Not nice!
The coffee maker, interior doors, balcony sliding glass doors, & shower head were not working.
We are Hilton members and love to use our points for longer stays to get the fifth night free when paying for four. We did exactly this at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Tucson Paloma Village, and it was a fantastic choice.
When traveling as two people working remotely, having enough space for computer setups and Zoom calls is essential. The 1-bedroom suite at this hotel gave us all the space we needed to work comfortably. The hotel features a great gym along with a well-maintained pool and courtyard. Sitting outside was a highlight, as you get a beautiful view of the Catalina Mountains.
The complimentary breakfast was excellent and always included fresh fruit like pineapple and melon, plus options to order fresh French toast, pancakes, and omelets. They also host a daily evening reception from 5:00 to 6:30 PM where everyone can choose two drinks.
The location is incredibly convenient. The La Encantada shopping center is just a short walk up the street, and a Starbucks and CVS are located on the exact same lot as the hotel. While the drive to the university takes around 20 to 25 minutes, it goes by quickly, and the first part of the drive is incredibly scenic.
We will definitely be back!
Very spacious room with everything you need. Clean and comfortable
Nothing
Nice place, great view. Filled all our expectations and more. We will stay again.
A/C zu laut. Wir haben sie abgeschalten und dann war es OK.
