Bad experience overall
Pros:

Staff was friendly

Cons:

I had problems with door key the chips and drinks inside the room were super expensive and also the restaurant on the main tower was expensive the lights on room 209 didn’t work because master switches were bad the water in the shower didn’t go and a huge paddle of water was dripping overboard.

Pros:

El personal agradable, cama confortable,la ubicación y la zona muy buena.

Cons:

Que no había secador de cabello, y eramos dos personas no había productos de aseo para dos. La limpieza no tan bien! Desayunó mínimo en lo que poder escoger.

El black out de la habitación deja pasar Luz de la calle y la habitación en la noche no queda oscura. Podrían mejorar la iluminación del restaurante…

Terraço incrível em um bairro excelente.
Pros:

O quarto é fantástico, com um terraço incrível (ap 601), vista parcial das montanhas e vizinhança de prédios de alto nível. O silêncio à noite é impressionante.
Cama excepcional, banheiro excelente.
Localização próximo ao parque da 93 com diversas opções de restaurantes e a 15/20' de caminhada da Zona T - a caminhada até lá já é um passeio em si pela qualidade dos prédios e da urbanização (melhor ir pela Carrera 8).
Há sauna e academia de ginástica disponíveis.

Cons:

Não foi problema para mim, mas fica o alerta de que os quartos do 6⁰ andar são acessados por escadas individuais a partir do 5⁰ andar - pode ser um obstáculo para pessoas com alguma dificuldade de locomoção.

As saunas (seca e a vapor, que chamam de banho turco) não são do mesmo nível do restante das instalações, ficando um pouco a desejar - mas são funcionais.

Nice , but old
Pros:

I liked the location, the facilities, and the size of the room. The female staff members were also very kind and friendly.

Cons:

The pillows were very uncomfortable. The breakfast was the same every day with no variety. The man at the reception wearing glasses was a little rude. The room curtains were broken, and the TVs were old and outdated.
