They changed us to different property
The bedding is uncomfortable, especially the pillow. The towels were discolored
Area around the hotel feels safe to walk even at night. Breakfast was basic but incudes everything you need.
The key card system didn’t work, so we had to be escorted to our room every time—often waiting around, with no proper checks to confirm the room was ours, which felt insecure. We also had no hot water twice during our stay.
There was no clear explanation, apology, or attempt to compensate for any of these issues. Overall, a frustrating experience that we wouldn’t recommend.

La ubicación
La plancha no funcionaba, pedimos otra y nunca la llevaron a la habitación, la ventana de la ducha estaba rota por la mitad, puede ser peligroso. Deben mejorar el desayuno, no hay variedad. Nunca nos limpiaron la habitación y tampoco nos hicieron la cama.

El desayuno no es variado y al personal del restaurante le falta servicio al cliente
La ubicación.
Hay algunas locaciones que hay que darle mantenimiento, remodelación. En la habitación el blackout, lavamanos y enchapes del baño. En la cocina hay una persona con mal carácter (la que permanece en el mostrador), y no fue en una ocasión, fue en toda la estancia. Es recomendable corregir esto, son personas que están atendiendo constantemente seres humanos.
