My family and I have stayed at Hotel Dann Cali three times in a row, and every visit confirms why we keep coming back. It truly feels like a home away from home.
My kids love the facilities, and the warm, genuine hospitality from the entire staff makes the experience even better. The rooms are comfortable, spotless, and very well maintained. While not huge, they are perfectly kept and very cozy.
The location is excellent, situated in one of the best areas of the city with many great restaurants and attractions nearby.
The food at the hotel is outstanding, and the service in the restaurants and bars is exceptional. Ruben at the lobby bar makes you feel like the most important guest in the hotel. At the pool bar, “El Cubano” always makes sure you are well taken care of and enjoying your drinks. Andres and Juan Carlos keep everything organized and running smoothly around the pool area.
The main restaurant is a must. Marisol, Freddy, Estevan, and Luis are incredibly attentive and genuinely kind, providing excellent service every time.
From management, Juan and Sebastian truly stand out. They go above and beyond to make sure guests have a great experience and want to come back.
Highly recommended. My family and I are already looking forward to our next stay.

Modern zakenhotel met ruime kamers, uitstekende service en behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. De bedden waren erg goed en het ontbijt zeer uitgebreid en vers.
