Pros:

El personal fue muy amable y atento. Nos ayudó a reservar nuestra plaza para visitar la plaza de Tiananmen. Además contaba con un restaurante al lado del hotel que tenia muy buenos precios y la comida deliciosa. El desayuno era buffet y muy completo

Cons:

Estabamos en la 4 planta y no habia ascensor aunque contaban con un servicio de asistencia para subirte y bajarte las maletas si lo necesitabas

Pros:

Hotel molt recomanable a Pequín. Les habitacions són grans, netes i molt còmodes, i la ubicació és molt bona, a pocs minuts caminant del metro i molt a prop de l’estació de Beijing. El personal és especialment amable i atent i sempre està disposat a ajudar.

Un dels punts que més ens ha agradat ha estat el restaurant de l’hotel. Hem menjat realment molt bé i a uns preus molt raonables. Volem destacar especialment l’ànec rostit, que estava espectacular. Moltes felicitats al xef número 055, tant per la qualitat del menjar com pel tracte rebut. Ha estat una experiència fantàstica.

També és un detall molt pràctic que disposin de servei de bugaderia gratuït. En general, ens hem sentit molt còmodes durant tota l’estada. Si tornem a Pequín, repetirem aquest hotel sense dubtar-ho. Totalment recomanable, especialment per a famílies.

Colazione varia e abbondante, cortile veramente carino, snack e caffè a disposizione tutto il giorno.

Quando siamo arrivati ci è stato comunicato che alla nostra stanza (famigliare per quattro persone) non si potevano aprire le finestre. Quando siamo arrivati in stanza abbiamo constatato, che oltre alla finestra non si poteva aprile le tapparelle, quindi entrambe le stanze completamente ceche. Siamo scesi alla reception per dire che non volevamo quella stanza e ci hanno detto che l'indomani si sarebbero liberate due stanze, che abbiamo accettato. La struttura è molto vecchia e le stanze che abbiamo avuto ben tre avevano un bagno inaccettabile al limite dell'indecente. Le stanze molto piccole.
Non è vicino alla metro e non è in una posizione comoda, ma in un vicolo. Noi alla fine abbiamo girato in bici. Non capisco come possa avere questo punteggio così alto. Alla reception nessuno parla inglese.

Colazione buona, tanta scelta di salato, un pò meno di dolce. Stanza pulita, posizione discreta. Staff gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Non si poteva aprire la tapparella, praticamente era una stanza senza finestra, completamente al buio. No ascensore.

Были проблемы с дверью, ее сложно было закрывать и открывать, все это занимало минут по 5, отель находится прямо за вокзалом рядом с трущобами, до центра пешком минут 40
