Ubicación y desayuno
Deben mejorar el ascensor (elevador), al parar hace un freno fuerte
La ubicación, la amplitud de las habitaciones, limpieza, servicios, trato del personal, una de las piscinas mas grandes entre los hoteles de Chiclayo, el parking siempre está disponible.
El desayuno es un poco mejor que el básico, podrían mejorar la disponibilidad e otras opciones en la barra de frutas, panqueques, u otras.

Tráfico intenso a ciertas horas
Puertas mal lubricadas, hacían mucha bulla al abrirlas o cerrarlas, y en la noche se sentia mas aun.
No habia telefono en la habitacion, las ventanas no eran Anti ruidos, se callo el parante de la cortina del baño, estaba rota la manija del inodoro, la limpieza era realizada por caballeros, entre otros.

habitaciones antiguas el ruido de la calle no deja dormir desayuno falta muchas cosas como frutas, atencion pesima
La habitación está bastante grande y limpia. La cama cómoda.
Aún estando en el 7 piso, el ruido es horrible. No lo recomiendo a personas que sean sensibles al ruido para dormir. El desayuno no estaba bueno y no era variado y el personal no fue amable.
