Idéalement placé, accueil au top, chambre bien si de passage

mais nous n avons pas vu l accès au toit terrasse, nous ne savons pas comment est défini le prix du Petit Dejeuner lorsque nous ne réservons pas mais qu'on se présente car nous avons été facturé 15€/personne pour 2 mini viennoiseries, 1 chocolat et 1 tartine + 1 jus de pommes (pas vu le jus d oranges)

Excellent hôtel, excellent accueil, et très propre et confortable, bien situe , proche de tout.
Pros:

Un très bon hôtel , avec un très bon confort. J’ai passé un très bon séjour . L’accueil très chaleureux , toujours à l’écoute du client . Si vous êtes à Toulon, ne prenez que cet hôtel, vous allez pas regretter.

Cons:

Je n’ai aucun point négatif à dire sur cet hôtel. Tout était parfait.

J'ai réservé une suite junior on m'a annoncé lors de mon arrivé être surclassé, je n'ai vraiment pas eu l'impression d'être surclassé. Pour moi la chambre correspondait a mes attentes et à ma réservation. Personne ne nous a informé du spa et de la salle de sport qui était toujours fermé. Petit déjeuné un peu cher (15€) il vaut plutot 10€

Heureusement que la literie était confortable sinon ce fut une réelle déception.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié le confort des chambres, la propreté et la décoration.

Je n’ai pas vraiment apprécié le comportement du veilleur de nuit … soit disant interdit de faire venir qui ce soit dans sa chambre, il s’initie dans la vie privée de chacun, fait des reproches aux clients. C’est un hôtel on est libre de nos mouvements comme on le souhaite on a pas à justifier quoi ce soit.
À 1h du matin il m’a appelé dans la chambre heureusement j’étais à la douche sinon sympa le réveil nocturne.

Et pour clore le tout j’aurai dû payer une taxe pour faire monter une personne.
Bref très déçus…

Das Bett war eine Katastrophe. Total durchgelegen. Lieblose Billigeinrichtung ohne jeden Geschmack. Der Fön im Bad ist praktisch nur mit der linken Hand zu benutzen. Mein Zimmer / Bett wurde an 2 von 4 Tagen nicht gemacht, obwohl ich es bemängelt habe. Nie, nie wieder!
