Hotel très central proche de la gare et du port.
Équipe réactive et à l'écoute !
La chance d'avoir eu un surclassement, une chambre (403) très grande et très propre.
Déco efficace.
Lit douillet.

Cons:

J’ai aimé la gentillesse du personnel - Dénis du soit est formidable et la jeune femme qui m’a accueillie est très agréable jusqu’au matin du départ. Le surclassement offert et surtout l’emplacement, la cafetière et les dos ttes de café offertes..

Cons:

Je n’ai pas apprécié l’équipe du lundi 9 au matin - deux femmes - qui n’étaient pas aussi aimables que leurs collègues et surtout cette histoire de caution rendue après une vérification détaillée de la chambre - il manquait un verre en plastique que l’équipe a finalement retrouvé. L’Idée c’est que l’on prend les voyageurs pour des voleurs potentiels je n’ai jamais vu cela dans un hôtel, c’est un a priori désagréable ( comptage des serviettes, etc…). Par ailleurs la suite dans laquelle j’ai été gentiment surclassée sans rien demander ne comportait pas un canapé donc pour moi ce n’est pas une suite. Pas de piscine , pas de bar ni de restaurant en cette saison.

L’hôtel m’a forcé à payer la taxe de séjour que j’avais déjà payé sur booking.
Aucun hammam compris alors que la prestation faisait partie de la chambre.
