Some of the best staff . Great experience, Great location.Very good value for money
Pros:

The staff were exceptional at every single point. The staff at the breakfast area need special mention. They were genuinely caring. Kept coming to the table and asked if i need anything more. Staff were very responsive. I even got to speak to the young operations manager who keenly listened to the feedback and implemented some of them instantly. The hotel exceeded my expectation espescially after reading some of the negative reviews. Cant beat the location, close to all the important locales of Bangalore. Value for money. One of the best hotel experiences in the world

I think the room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

They first said they don’t have bookings from 10th may
My bookings started from 11th may however with the help of their staff I booked from 10th onwards
I showed the name of the staff who confirmed the booking
Secondly the food is horrible
