Cons:

The staff at the restaurant are not even greeting or smiling at the break fast buffet atleast it is more welcoming just saying good morning with a smile, they only respond if we ask them they don't even serve water or cutlery to the table we should ask them for that too

Brilliant stay ; warm staff - great hotel
Pros:

I have stayed here before & I loved it - in particular the front desk & the warmth I got. This time too I saw the same lady Kheli swu at hotel Front desk and she was exceptional.
Happy to note that she upgraded me to the corner room with the large bed that I wanted as well.
In fact because of my good experience the last time, I made my cousin book her son’s wedding reception here, and I had come down for that.

Cons:

Quality of food could improve - average. Both in the restaraunt and at the banquet event !!
