Ease of travel

Cons:

Staff lied about the room situation and when I confronted about it then they changed my room , I booked a superior twin and they offered me the small room saying no room availability when they had multiple vacant

Superbly located, good value hotel with excellent rooftop bar/restaurant.
Pros:

The location is superb (opposite Bangalore Club).
The rooftop bar, restaurant and microbrewery is excellent.
Front desk staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom was a bit tired (will want refurbishing in a year or two).
Had to chase to get my laundry returned on time.

Wonderful stay! The staff was friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The location is wonderful and within easy walking distance to Cubbon Park and shopping. The variety of food at breakfast has something for everyone. The menu at Alchemy is innovative and delicious. I highly recommend the Truffle Mushroom Cappuccino and the Butter Chicken Cappuccino (think soup, not coffee). The Truffle Bombs and the Magic Mushrooms are also not to be missed. My only regret is that I didn't have more time to try some of the other items on the menu.
