Great stay for a business trip. The only thing is not to promote this as a 5 star hotel (written on google search) but rather a 4 star. Happy to come back nonetheless. Lovely breakfast!

A wonderful hotel with friendly and helpful staff, with excellent and clean room. And top location!
Pros:

I loved the space in the room, how clean it was, the light and cozy sense I felt in it. The staff were excellent - kind, positive and helpful. I am grateful to the lady in the cafe in the lobby, who found for me coconut water and brought it to my room. Excellent service too - everywhere. I LOVED THE HOTEL! Excellent experience.

We had the most wonderful time at the Chancery Pavilion and would definitely visit again. The premises were clean. The staff was attentive, warm, and welcoming. Special food was prepared by the staff for my aunt who is chili and spice intolerant. The Ithaca dining staff is efficient. The ppl at reception were very helpful. We watched the world cup at the rooftop restaurant Alchemy and had dinner there. That was great too. The room service and cleaning staff headed by Mr. Anoop was also excellent.
All in all, a great stay!
