Location, value, size of the apartment!

Beautiful property near all the fun Orlando has to offer

I thought it is a hotel resort but after i arrived i found out it is time share apartments.

The resort is great, the apartment was very big (3 bedrooms), kitchen, 2 bathrooms, washing machine and a dryer.

The swimming pool is very nice.

There is a big supermarket 5 minutes drive from the resort.

There is parking near the apartment building which is very good.

If i will come back to Orlando i will stay there again.

Rooms were nice. This review is for Management as they were terrible. The bed in our room was BROKEN (missing mattress support beams)!! They sent maintenance there at 11PM after we called the request in earlier that morning. We had 2 rooms and so many issues - including supplying our own toilet paper after we went through the 2 rolls they supplied. I will not be returning and do not recommend

I loved Vista Cay. Especially the birds on the Lake and the flora and fauna. The condo had a lovely, large balcony over looking the average Universal hotels with their beautiful tiles and the Icon and the sunset and thunder clouds which was beautiful. The condo had a giant master bedroom with a giant bathroom and walk in closet. My bedroom had a double bed and I was sharing my bathroom with the others. My bathroom was not great and only one hand towel. I tried to have a bath but the plug didn't go in, shower was okay. However, I was able to have a lovely bath in the master suite bath tub. There was a 3rd bedroom with 2 double beds for my sister in law and her daughter. Then the kids were in the bunk beds which are in the hallway behind the kitchen. The bottom bunk is a double bed, the top bunk is a single bed and there were old fashioned game machines. There was a laundry "room" not a cupboard. The pool towels were hiding in the laundry room so we did not know we had them. Fridge was fancy with ice and nice water. Dishwasher was handy (had to buy dish tabs). Dining room/Lounge was enormous and I was able to upload our videos on my phone then watch on you tube in Vista Cay. The pool was really nice, updated and the bar was reasonable. Got 3 soft drinks for the price of one wine at Hard Rock Htl. It is near Epic but we could not figure out how to walk down and it was too hot so still had to order an uber. Walk along the lake and cross the road to get to Publix which is quite good. We walked to Chick-fil-A which had nice food for 4 @ $60 but the prices in America are very high atm. The condo had everything you need to cook your own food to save some money. It is a big complex so took us a while to find things. A map would have been useful.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war ideal um in 15 Minuten ins Universal Studio als auch ins Walt Disney Resort zu kommen.
Im Großen und Ganzen war alles ok, Wohnung war schon älter aber sehr sauber.
Wir hatten zwei Badezimmer und 3 Schlafzimmer. Eine Küche mit Wohnzimmer.
Es gab auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner.

Gratis Parkplätze direkt vor der Haustüre.
Für einen Aufenthalt von bis zu 4 Tagen, wenn man die Parks nutzt, ist es die ideale Unterkunft.
Kann man auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

It was quiet and peaceful, tidy and well kept. We had events at the convention center so the location was perfect with only a seven minute drive.

We had no internet for 4 days, so could not watch TV as it was internet based and used up.a lot of our own data and international costs from our mobile carrier. We did call every day about this. Modem had to be completely replaced

Stayed at unit 402 on 5036 Shoreloop Drive managed by Epicxus, Alex. The condo was very clean but there is literally nothing provided other than very small bottles of soap. Most places will have a few items such as salt pepper, coffee pods. Had to get up early to walk to Publix in the morning. Coffee pot was broken and property manager was contacted- no response. Next day the dishwasher was used and went to empty it and was full of rancid water. Again no response from property manager. View out back was fine until Monday morning when construction started. An item was left and tried to contact the property manager and guess what, no response. The condo is in a great location. Pool was awesome but would not go back to any unit managed by this company.

Nearby parks Disney universal

Very clean, no bugs anywhere inside, the heated pool was nice, down the street from Universal Parks, every possible kitchen amenity you could think of was included. Pool towels provided in addition to extra towels. No noise overhead at all from neighbors. Nice areas to walk around and grocery/food options nearby. The front desk staff were very friendly and sent maintenance out for a concern within 15 minutes.

It was close to the convention center and also close to the Parks just a short Uber ride anywhere we needed to go

Beautiful view from the balcony. The unit was very clean but the maintenance was not so good.
The pool and poolside bar were wonderful. Loved the hot tub after playing golf but it was annoying to have young children in there when the sign clearly said 16 years and older.
