I was there for a business trip .It is veey comfortable,convenient and efficient.It is located pretty near to alk the well know things and there easy access to every attraction because the concierge can help you with anything when it come to booking things. It is quiet and spacious everything worked great .

The Regent Beijing Hotel is a very comfortable luxury experience with one of the best views in Beijing. The hotel offers easy access to shopping,dinning and perfect sight seeings nearby.The rooms are specious ,large windows and modern facilities. But what makes it the best is the service , very polite and helpful staff . Like Max and Sophia and also Yina . Thank you for the lovely Time .

Nice location , you can visit forbidden palace by walking. There are plenty of shopping malls ( i88 , Apm etc ) and hundred kind of local restaurants..

Good review for the Regent
Pros:

Would definitely recommend this hotel. I came with my family and it was so nice. Many hotels are not family friendly but this one was really welcoming. They have a small playground in the lobby lounge for little kids to play in. The breakfast buffet has so many different options, it was delicious as well as the afternoon tea they offer in the afternoon. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, everything was great. Most of all I recommend the hotel because of its staff and amazing level of service at the concierge!

Pros:

The staff is very kind, super helpful. The rooms are clean and organized. The hotel is very beautiful and has a good ambiance.

Cons:

The brunch left me with a bad impression. We had a butterfly bubble brunch and the fried food came out extremely oily, which made it hard to eat. And the server kept speaking over our food, coming and going, putting his face on our food, that is super unhygienic as saliva particles can go to the food. That was very bad.

Proactive and professional staff at Regent Beijing is why I keep choosing Regent Beijing as my go to hotel.
Pros:

Zack Xie from the concierge was awesome! He is professional and went beyond the call of duty to help me purchase an item on Xianyu. My foreign credit card and handphone number were not accepted on the platform. Zack used his own account to look for the item and communicate with the seller for me. He purchased the item on my behalf and kept me updated on the parcel delivery. I was delighted to receive my item! If not for Zack, this would not have been possible. Regent Beijing is fortunate to have such an excellent employee. Keep up the good work Zack!

Cons:

The shower area in the bathroom didn’t drain properly.
