Fantastic location: good location, clean and quiet room.
Service was over the top. The concierge in training from Italy made our stay that much better by recommending restaurants and walking us to the neighboring hotel to heat over leftovers and do our laundry.
We also did scrubs and facials at the spa that were well worth the price compared to US.

i had an absolutelywonderfulstay at this hotel , the service was professional warm and attentive from arrival to departure. the staff are friendly and helpful always ready to assist with any requests.
I stayed for 5 nights as part of a work visit. The Regent is located not far from the historic centre. It’s often used for visiting dignitaries and adds an extra layer of security.
The rooms were very well appointed with bathrobes, comfy slippers, room safe, coffee machine, and plenty of water. The bathroom includes a free standing tub. Housekeeping were generous with water too.
Breakfast was extensive and soy bean cappuccinos are also available. For Oat milk lattes there is a Starbucks behind the hotel.
The difference with this hotel is the exceptional service. The concierges Yina Wang and Eric were extraordinary, helping to navigate purchases amid language issues, nothing was too much trouble. Zoey at the front desk was also incredibly helpful.
I like the staff service . The breakfast is very good but I prefer to add more Halal food options .

Absolutely great stay for 4 nights in Beijing. Hotel staff were very courteous. Our room was large and comfortable. The bathroom is huge! We upgraded to the Regent Club, worth the money. They breakfast, tea time and happy hour in the Regent Club was great. A special shout out to Zoey for me a gracious host.
The hotel's design is very modern and comfortable, which made me feel very relaxed. The food in the restaurant is delicious, especially the steak and desserts. In addition, the hotel is very quiet, allowing me to rest well, and I will definitely stay at this hotel again. The hotel's location is excellent, with very convenient transportation. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, with all the facilities well-equipped. The hotel's breakfast is very abundant, and the freshly brewed coffee is particularly unforgettable. All the receptionists are super friendly, patient and attentive. They were very helpful with check-in, check-out, inquiries and all my requests, responded quickly and solved every problem perfectly.
