В целом хороший отель! Очень удобное расположение, хороший сервис и отзывчивый персонал!!!

В Астрахани останавливались в самой удобной гостинице города Азимут.,были в начале апреля 2ночи и 3дня.По приезду в холле нас радушно встретили ,быстро оформили регистрацию.Номера чистые,кровати высокие,отличный вид на Волгу и набережную.Все просьбы и пожелания персоналом были быстро выполнены.Например,твёрдая спальное место в 3–х спальном номере ,непроходимость воды в душе.Совет-нужно увеличить количество посуды (чашки,стаканы)с учётом количества человек,проживающих в номере и включить завтраки в стоимость (это было 2-3годаназад).В целом все понравилось,рекомендую.

Overall I’m really happy with the Azimuth hotel. We got a great deal through booking.com and then when we arrived the concierge gave us an upgrade which was unexpected but nice. The was comfortable enough but not great but I really enjoyed the pillow. Overall would stay here again /10

Based on Astrakhan's government requirement each person who arrived in the city should be self-isolated for 14 days. My business trip started from quarantine in Azimuth hotel where personnel kindly brought breakfast, lunch and dinner directly into the room. Prior to bringing the breakfast restaurant personnel kindly called to the room and then asked what I want to eat. However, after 12 days the Azimuth administration decided decided do not do it in such way and just bring some shity default breakfast (please see junk food in the plastic box on the picture), even coffee wasn't proposed but tea bag and couple sugar cubes was brought without cap and spoon for tea (the glasses in the room do not appropriate for hot tea due to thin sides). Usually, breakfast looks like on other pictures attached, but for some reason the administration decided do not proposed it to client despite I'm paying for meals full price. This kind of administration behaviour forced to feel my self like I'm staying in prison but not in the famous Azimuth hotels net!

It is worth to mention that room wasn't cleaned during 2 weeks as well as bed clothes and towels wasn't changed as usual. Looks like Azimuth hotel need to work more hard on their service provided.

Great location, If you are on a business trip. Excellent custom service. Good rooms.Full breakfast in the morning. Comfortable snack bar in the lounge, where you can also get a full meal from a restaurant.

Очень удобное расположения для прогулок по набережной с многочисленными кафе и ресторанами. СМАРТ номера удобны и наиболее подходят под категорию "цена за деньги". Отличный завтрак и очень дружелюбный персонал.

Book here if you like to experience how hotels were 30 years ago in the soviet union. The local kazakh staff is quite friendly, but the russian is very hostile. Not sure why my company booked a room in this place, I will definitely find out who made me suffer for the whole week in this place.
The only positive is the breakfast.

Hotel propre et calme. Accès facile. Bon petit déj et bonne wifi

It is a nice clean hotel just at the shore of Volga, so 1 min walk from the docking station of the ship we arrived by. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, modern, have a well-working ac.

1)The main room was clean.
However, A/C was broken and it was very uncomfortable to sleep inside the room with outside temperature of 37C.
2) The restroom didn't have a border on the floor between shower and toilet areas - never seen so poorly designed restrooms before!
So, we should put towels on the floor in order to prevent flooding before taking a shower.

Decent hotel, decent-ish value. Great location. Great breakfast spread. But the rooms (and especially washrooms/pipes) on the still-unrenovated floors (5th and below) could really use an upgrade. The water was quite sulphorous and discoloured, and needed to run for awhile before it felt clean enough to wash up or shower. Once it did start running clear, the heat and pressure of the shower were superb, so i guess that's a plus. The feel, in general, of the unrenovated-level room that i stayed in was pretty starkly functional, with a very quirky Soviet era bathroom.

The hotel is right on the Volga river and every place is walkable from there. Restaurant is good and the rooms are great with lovely beds and a good shower area.

I used the gym which has great views of the Volga.

Ideally located in the quaint town of Astrakhan, the hotel is on the banks of Volga. Rooms are ok, no tea/coffee service though. The view spectacular. Has couple of nice bars. All places of interests are within walking distance. The sleeping area is small and no place to sit inside the room. Food was okay.

Been here 3 weeks now and have been well taken care of. Rooms are slight small but big enough to get around and ait on your laptop if need be. Food is good and have had the occasional meals at hotel in the evening and was very happy with the service and quality (quantity slightly small but still ok). The staff are all amazing and very helpful, Marina at the front deal especially give tips on places and things to do in the town. All in all a very good experience.

We stayed in Azimuth for two weeks, me, my wife and our 1,5 years son and all of us enjoyed this time. Good breakfast, gym, nice location. Very polite and qualified personnel, ready to help. English speaking, important for foreigners

What is good... 1. Location. It's close to the embarkment of river Volga and in a walking distance from city-center. 2. Air conditioning system is cooling rooms quite effective (what is crutial when outside +43 C), but you can not adjust it. 3. Prices are attractive. But...
What is not good. 1. Furniture like hello from soviet time. 2. No shower gel or schampoo, no snipers. Only towels.You can by some stuff on reception. 3. Bed is single only.
Summary. You can enjoy staing here in case you are not too gentle or if you visit Astrakhan just for 1 night.

Отель расположен в удобном месте.В номере чисто и уютно.С бронированием не возникло проблем через час после брони и оплаты номера заселились.

Из плюсов можно отметить Расположение - отличное: набережная Волги. В шаговой доступности - кафе и рестораны на набережной.
Номерной фонд - старенькие номера небольших размеров. Завтраки, включенные в стоимость проживания, - вместимость помещения, где проходят завтраки, в будние дни - недостаточна, пополнение блюд буфета самообслуживания и сервис не справляются с количеством гостей. Выбирать или нет - решение остается за вами.
Общее впечатление - "на троечку".

Отличный отель, расположен в элитном районе. Очень доступная цена, приветливые сотрудники. Чистота, комфорт, тишина. Есть парковка и Wi-Fi
