Chambre très spacieuse et confortable.
La propreté et le confort de la literie.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel par rapport à tous les magasins.

Cons:

Le repas à l'hôtel pour le dîner. Je n'ai pas apprécié. La qualité était vraiment limite.
Dommage d'avoir terminé sur cette note.

Hors saison attention
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé avec un parking extérieur à proximité qui est moins cher que le parking de l'hôtel si on ne l'utilise pas pendant 24 heures.

Cons:

Nous devions être hors saison il n'y avait pas de buffet accessible par contre il fournissait une carte avec un service à table mais celui-ci n'était malheureusement pas traduit dans notre langue et les plats proposés n'étaient franchement pas très bien cuisiner

Problemas con la caja fuerte.
Pros:

Las habitaciones están super cómodas. Buen aislamiento climatico.

Cons:

1. Deberian mejor los baños - la ducha no puede cerrarse completamente, no tiene puerta para ello-, por lo que el agua de la ducha termina por todo el baño lo que facilitaria una caida. De hecho me resbale en varias ocasiones mientras me alistaba para irnos.
Deberiam poner algo para no resbalar en el piso del baño. Pegatinas o algo así.
2. La caja fuerte estaba dañada y no pudimos abrirla en el momento de irnos. Cuando llamamos a recepción nos dijeron que ingresarian la incidencia e irian en un momento. A los 30 minutos baje a recepción a preguntar que sucedia y Josep me dijo subiria luego de hacer el chek in a un grupo de turistas ( eran más o menos 30 personas) y que luego veria lo nuestro. Tuve que hablar con otra persona de recepción para poder solucionar nuestro problema por que luego de 30 más de espera no veia mucho avance. Menos mal, la otra chica que habia en recepción soluciono nuestro problema velozmente.
Nuestro problema podria haberse solucionado en 5 minutos era simplemente poner unas claves en la caja fuerte, y ya. El chico de recepción no hubiera tardado ni 10 min en subir y bajar a ayudarnos.
Es lamentable por que el hotel esta muy bien pero lamentablemente por personas como Josep los hoteles se van a pique.

La réception très agréable et très souriante

Cons:

Bonsoir le séjour a été très agréable à part le repas du soir très déçu. Madame a pris du porc avec des frites, les frites pas cuite du tout, nous l'avons dit au serveur. On aurait dit qu'ils sont foutés. Déçue pour le restaurant. Nous reviendrons à l'hôtel, mais pas au restaurant. Sinon le petit déjeuner du matin, très agréable. Vous perdez une étoile à cause de ça. Du restaurant.
