Pros:

L’ubicació de l’hotel és molt bona, ja que per la part del darrere surts directament al centre d’Escaldes-Engordany, a Andorra. Aparcar Andorra es molt car, tan a l'hotel com els parkings

Cons:

La recepció és molt freda i el personal no és gaire agradable. Vam coincidir amb un torneig de bàsquet. Hi havia dues persones a recepció i, en lloc que una s’ocupés dels inscrits al torneig i l’altra dels clients habituals, ens van dir que havíem de fer la mateixa cua. A més, semblava que un d’ells no estava fent res.
