Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Kurzaufenthalt im Grand Ducal. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam, und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Zimmer und Bar top, Frühstück leider Flop.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr modern und top ausgestattet. Fantastisches, offenes Badezimmer mit wunderschöner Dusche.
Bar-Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Bett war leider sehr weich (zu weich).
Das Frühstück war leider eine kleinere Katastrophe. Personal (Service sowie scheinbar Küche) sichtlich überfordert, auch bei wenig Gästen.
Die Auswahl am Buffet war sehr bescheiden und wir mussten immer wieder mind. 10 Minuten auf diverse Utensilien und Esswaren / Getränke warten (Teller / Gläser / Säfte / Rühreier / usw.). Somit war das Frühstück Alles in Allem leider sehr enttäuschend und nicht dem Preis entsprechend.

La regadera tiene todos los muros de cristal y no se puede usar en privacidad. Ilumina todo el cuarto.

A localização é excelente! O staff muito gentil e estão sempre prontos para ajudar.

Cons:

O café da manhã não é ruim, mas deixou a desejar. A cama também não é muito confortável. Do restante, tudo perfeito.

Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable, definitely a place number 1 to stay in luxembourg and the view is amazing but not sure if the breakfast in quality itself is worth.

Cons:

The Hotel, staff was amazing polite and very attentive to details. Very Welcoming and helpful but I have to say that the breakfast was poor, low varieties and options for a 5 star hotel. The breakfast menu is reasonable but a lot can be done to improve when I travel around the world and see poor breakfast and very limited for a 5 star hotel.

Pros:

Excellent views from bedroom, really well designed room layout, super-comfortable bed, very friendly staff (though they looked a bit tense).

Cons:

A bit pricey on the pricey side. The only real downside was the noise from the water pipes as the shower in the adjacent room was running -- it was very loud (disturbing my sleep) and they need to look into the design now that renovations are underway.
