Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable, definitely a place number 1 to stay in luxembourg and the view is amazing but not sure if the breakfast in quality itself is worth.

Cons:

The Hotel, staff was amazing polite and very attentive to details. Very Welcoming and helpful but I have to say that the breakfast was poor, low varieties and options for a 5 star hotel. The breakfast menu is reasonable but a lot can be done to improve when I travel around the world and see poor breakfast and very limited for a 5 star hotel.

Pros:

Excellent views from bedroom, really well designed room layout, super-comfortable bed, very friendly staff (though they looked a bit tense).

Cons:

A bit pricey on the pricey side. The only real downside was the noise from the water pipes as the shower in the adjacent room was running -- it was very loud (disturbing my sleep) and they need to look into the design now that renovations are underway.

Gros coup de cœur !
Pros:

Le confort de la chambre (703) : literie de grande qualité (2 lits simples), salle de bain immense et bien équipée (nous étions deux filles), le calme de l'hôtel. Le restaurant est en grand plus par la qualité des plats et l'atmosphère cosy et intimiste de la salle, la vue panoramique étant un plus.

Cons:

Évier de la SDB qui s'écoule mal mais c'est un détail qui a été signalé au départ.

Vistas increíbles, tranquilidad y atención de lujo
Pros:

A mi esposa y a mí nos encantó el Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal. El hotel es precioso y muy tranquilo. Nos hicieron un upgrade (sabemos que están realizando reformas necesarias) y la habitación tenía una vista directa sobre la ciudad de Luxemburgo, simplemente encantadora.
Las vistas desde la cafetería son espectaculares y el trato del equipo es muy cercano y profesional. Queremos destacar especialmente a César, uno de los encargados: en todo momento estuvo pendiente y colaboró con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos (desde un paraguas si llueve hasta pedir un taxi). Además, se agradecen los detalles de bienvenida y el servicio nocturno de cortesía en la cama con chocolates, que está totalmente a la altura del nivel Sofitel.

Cons:

Hay una parte del hotel en obras por las reformas, pero sinceramente no nos resultó molesto en absoluto. Está todo gestionado con mucho criterio y discreción, y se entiende perfectamente que lo rehabiliten para mantener el estándar del hotel.
