From check-in with Paris, through our 3 day stay, everything was exceptional.
Pros:

There was a good variety to choose from. The best part was the staff, especially Kiona. She greeted everyone with a smile and a friendly hello. Nice way to begin our day.

Would definitely stay again to enjoy luxurious beds, pillows, showerhead and excellent breakfast!
Pros:

Great Breakfast - pork & chicken sausage patties, omelets, hot cereal, yogurt, waffles, fresh fruit, variety juices, granola bars - everything was delicious! Very spacious clean room! Luxurious high-pressure showerheads in bath. Beds & pillows were very comfortable. Four plush pillows on beds much appreciated. Very quiet - heard no noises at all during sleep hours. Elevator efficiently carried us up & down to the 4th floor. Would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

This is a beautiful, up-to-dated hotel and was impeccably maintained. It's one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I only wish you had a similar hotel closer to Pinehurst. Thank you for your care and attention to detail.

My recent stay at the Hilton Hampton Inn in Spring Lake was truly outstanding. It was, without question, the best customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel.

I was visiting for just a week, but my son is staying here for six months while he trains nearby. In that short time, I was able to see firsthand how incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming the entire front desk team is. They felt like family—not just to him, but to me as well.

As a military mom, you always hope the people around your child treat them with respect and care. This staff does exactly that and more. Knowing he’s in such good hands brings me so much comfort.

This is a top-notch team, and I’m beyond grateful for the hospitality and warmth they’ve shown. If you’re considering a place to stay in the Spring Lake area, look no further—this hotel truly understands what exceptional service means.
