Pros:

This is a beautiful, up-to-dated hotel and was impeccably maintained. It's one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I only wish you had a similar hotel closer to Pinehurst. Thank you for your care and attention to detail.

My recent stay at the Hilton Hampton Inn in Spring Lake was truly outstanding. It was, without question, the best customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel.

I was visiting for just a week, but my son is staying here for six months while he trains nearby. In that short time, I was able to see firsthand how incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming the entire front desk team is. They felt like family—not just to him, but to me as well.

As a military mom, you always hope the people around your child treat them with respect and care. This staff does exactly that and more. Knowing he’s in such good hands brings me so much comfort.

This is a top-notch team, and I’m beyond grateful for the hospitality and warmth they’ve shown. If you’re considering a place to stay in the Spring Lake area, look no further—this hotel truly understands what exceptional service means.

Excellent hotel!
Pros:

Every staff member at the hotel was friendly, helpful and so very nice. From the moment we checked in to the very last minutes when we left, we felt welcomed and valued as guests. A very great crew at this Hampton Inn!!! Our room was very comfortable, clean, and the extra amenities so nice. We relaxed by the pool which was very inviting and a pretty setting. The breakfast both mornings was delicious, such a great variety of choices with a smiling staff member replenishing and taking care of the guests. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Spring Lake!

Perfect welcome to traveling down south
Pros:

I've stayed here twice now and it's been a splendid experience each time. I'm happy to drive a bit off I-95 en route to visit relatives near Hilton Head for the comfort, cleanliness and professionalism at this Hampton Inn.
Last time, we stayed in a spacious studio room that was perfect for my dog, Judy. Wonderfully clean. There was ongoing construction to expand the hotel but it was zero bother at all. Front office staff super friendly and Hilton makes it so easy to check in and out. Well-stocked coffee downstairs, too! For the value, this place is a no brainer.
