I didn't have a stay. You booked a hotel with no availability. Fraud investigation. You need to release my money. Drove all the way there only to find out they had no rooms and you had put my money on hold. Saying no cancelation. But the room was never booked by the hotel.
The hotel was closed. There is nothing more to say than it is extremely inconvenient and unacceptable to arrive on site and to find out that the hotel is no longer in operation. It was a nightmare trying to find alternate arrangements at almost 10pm at night on a busy holiday weekend. This hotel needs to be removed from the site PERIOD. I will be reporting this fraudulent charge to my credit card
company.

Refrigerator was ticking all night, knob on faucet was broken and off, T.V. Did not work, Ice Machine was broken on a holiday and they said they charge any way. And the manager claimed he need a deposit when we got here, and on web site it asked time of check in we would need and we put 1-1:30 because of being out of state traveling he made me pay $20.00 extra for this horrifing place! Then was yelled at me when my daughter said something to him.

It was a terrible stay with a shifty operator and very dangerous conditions I would not stay here again and it is a poor idea to bring anyone to this place.
Honestly everything! Rooms were nasty with a bad smell and the owner tried to scam us before we even got to stay the night.
I would NEVER recommend this place for anyone to stay ... and these people are not honest. I was very disappointed 😞 ☹️ 😞 Good luck to you who decides to stay there ... It Just won't be me!
The motel was not hygienic at all...It smelled like mold and had mold on the ceilings....We found bed bugs on the beds....It should pnly be one star.....Dont waste your time
I was told by someone at the hotel I needed $50 cash deposit to rent after I paid Expedia, then of course no refund
Well the first night there was no hot water to shower not even any cups in the room to eat water in the microwave. I had to extend my stay a second night unfortunately which I did through the same app that I booked the room and when I returned the crazy man was screaming that I no longer had a room missed my check out he had removed all my property. I had a receipt for the payment of the extension which he denied that I had told me I didn't pay anything and assaulted me with a baseball bat trying to get me to leave. The police had to be called for me to get my room which I only did there because it was a non-refundable booking and I would have had to fight to get my money back. Avoid the crazy man at all costs you should be in a lunatic asylum

This was expected as a "ground floor" rental. I am handicapped. No ground floor available. Had to find another motel.
No breakfast offered
The manager asked cash security deposit and tried to charge me $20 because I arrived an hour early. Instead I drove around for an hour before checking in. I thought that was rude. The room was moldy. The rail for shower curtain was Rusty and broken, the safety bar in shower was broken. So unsafe. When I checked out the manager did give me back my cash, but I couldn't get away because he complained about past guest for more than ten minutes. Sorry I stayed there.
The motel needs maintenance, such as painting, remodeling the bathroom, and cleaning the air conditioners. As well as deep cleaning the brown pieces of the headboards of the beds. You can see nasty stains from previous guests. In the same way, you can see in the lampshades at night. Suggestion, make slight economic changes and facilitate to cleaning. We know parts of the clients don't care to take care of this type of place.
