Pros:

Central location was a plus and staff was very friendly.

Cons:

During the time of travel the outside temperature was extremely hot. We were unable to adjust the air conditioning in the room to make the room a little more comfortable. My son also found empty boxes from previous tenants underneath the bed.

Pros:

The location is 10 minutes walk by the center and near the tram station (and the public transportation is free). It is in a good residential area.

The staff was super gentle and was really happy to help with all the time you needed for anything.

The room was quite big and the bed super comfy.

Cleaning was good.

Also, nice that the bar of the hotel was open until midnight because when we came back we could spend some time there watching the match that was transmitted on the screens.

Cons:

Air conditioning needs some time to start working, but it works (it's not extremely cold but our room was around 22/23 degrees).
Breakfast was definitely too expensive.
