Nice location, not far from main centre
Not easiest to find
clean, compact and comfortable room
Staff very slow on check-in and stuck strictly to 3pm, so we had to wait an hour.

Location was good and close to old city.

Das Hotel ist modern, praktisch und zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen.
Hunde sind willkommen, und man ist mit ihnen vor dem Haus rasch bei ein bisschen Grünfläche.
Es hat Zimmer mit Verbindungstüre.
Leider waren unsere Zimmer zur vereinbarten Zeit nicht bereit. Wir wurden aber freundlich empfangen und mit Getränkegutscheinen fürs Warten entschädigt.
Die Zimmer waren für 8 statt für 5 Personen vorbereitet. Wir mussten ein Schlafsofa zurückbauen und hatten viel nicht benötigte Bett- und Frottéewäsche.
Auf das Frühstück haben wir verzichtet, denn es hätte pro Person mehr gekostet als eine normale Mittags- oder Abendmahlzeit.

Excellent location, just little walk from bus and train station. The choice of the breakfast was perfect and tasty. The size of the rooms are perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was close to bus/tram/train station which was excellent when navigating the city. The hotel was clean, well appointed and cosy. The rooms were spacious with all the amenities needed. The staff were exceptional from the check in to check out. The service team at the restaurant and bar were fantastic and made our stay very enjoyable. Hasan was great with the kids and went out of him way to make sure they were comfortable. The breakfast was good with a variety of options. I highly recommend the restaurant for Dinner as the food was fantastic.
