Pros:

Staff was amazing, lots of people staying made for alot of sounds but it was manageable and very clean.

Cons:

It was all good even breakfast nothing was bad. Was a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and will be back.

Pros:

Checking in was easy, cookies were the best, room was great, the pool was perfect, the breakfast smelled amazing wish I could of had some but we stayed there due to me having surgery the following morning. Absolutely loved the spa tub.

Cons:

Bed was good but very soft , could not use the pillows due to feather allergies

Very bad experience!

find it unacceptable that the hotel charged me an additional $99. If I hadn’t carefully reviewed my receipt, I would have been overcharged without realizing it. This is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue in over decades of using Booking.com.
Additionally, the customer service experience was very disappointing. It took me more than an hour to reach a real person on the phone, and when I finally did, the representative refused to apologize for the error or the inconvenience caused in the email .
