Great hotel, we really enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Fantastic breakfast, very comfy beds, 5 minute walk to metro station.

Cons:

No services for tourists eg being able to book day tours and activities. Pillows too soft.

Отличный отель для транзита в Гонконг: расположен недалеко от Восточного вокзала Гуанчжоу, откуда легко уехать на поезде (1-2 часа). В Китае часто проблемы с английским, но нам повезло - русскоговорящий парень по имени Connor все объяснил и помог с регистрацией. Комфортные номера, хороший сервис. Рекомендую!

perfect stay
Pros:

My room was uograded to the executive floor (32nd floor). The room was very spacious and comfortable to stay in. I'm very grateful to Michael for providing professional service for my check-in and presenting a beautiful fruit. Everything was perfect.

Pros:

hotel is amazing. this is my second stay, they have nice breakfast and rooms. The staff is very polite and communicative especially Michael from reception. Michael help us a lot, and we are very willing to come back again.

A Westin from the 90s
Pros:

Its location near Guangzhou East Rail. Walkable within 10 min. Easy access to food. Helpful staff esp the bellboys

Cons:

Decor is dated and feels overdue for a refresh.

Nice hotel for staying
Pros:

The room size is good, very comfortable bed and environment. I have message the hotel during the booking to get me extra pillows as I'm pregnant and they prepared extra 4 fluffy pillows for me! The breakfast is okay, a good variety. I would say the rice roll is out of expectation and freshly made, but other breakfast options are okay. Maybe worth to save the breakfast and enjoy the traditional Chinese food nearby. Overall the hotel experience is 9 out of 10.

Cons:

The reception has mosquito and we are suffered from the insect attack. Breakfast is okay but no surprise, spend the money in local restaurants will definitely make your trip more memorable.

Very old property, moldy smell from the carpet. Staff are kind and helpful.
Pros:

Staff - specially Connor, he was kind and helpful. Even all the staff are courteous

Location - Accessible via DiDi easily, clean and neat.

Christmas Eve - fantastic buffet at sky bar lounge - floor, 40

Cons:

Property is outdated, first we were given 30th floor, terrible moldy smell. Then they changed the room to 35th floor. Room was spacious however everything is very old. Breakfast is okay, not great. Lounge access - the food and drinks quality is average.

This hotel seriously needs a renovation.

Note - don’t book Marriott properties via booking.com or any other travel site because I stayed for 10 nights and none of them are counted for loyalty program. They said, we need to book only via Marriott app or website

Best place to stay in Guangzhou
Pros:

This is my second time staying at Westin hotel. I’m in love with this hotel, it’s not just about the location but also the kind and helpful staffs and the room.
The room is spacious, with a bathtub and a separate toilet and shower room. The bed is so comfortable and the city view looks so nice at night. I stayed at level 26 and the elevators are fast. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby so don’t worry about eating outside. The Guangzhou Railway station is so close to this hotel as well.
I will comeback here, if I need to stay in Guangzhou again.

The rooms are spacious and luxurious for metropolitan standards. And with the convenience of being close to the railway and subway stations, making local and intra regional connections, this is a perfect home base when in Guangzhou.

Wer mitten im Leben und doch nah zum Naherholungsspot Sportpark sein will, ist hier richtig
Pros:

Am Nordende des Tianhe-Platzes fußläufig zum Sportpark gelegen. Auch die Guangzhou East Rail Station ist nur 5-10 Minuten Gehweg entfernt. Große geräumige und komfortable Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und lecker.
