Great location . Great facilities

Cons:

Main restaurant on the 40th floor was terrible . Buffet and looked liked a breakfast venue . Waiting staff dressed in cowboy hats . Very tacky . Was expecting an a la Carte nice experience. Lights too bright so you couldn’t see the view .

We had a great time. Let me start with Connor. He was emailing us prior the arrival fee times so everything will be perfect. And as it was my birthday trip I even had a small birthday present. We got a free room upgrade. And he assisted us on arrival. The room was spacious. Clean. Had all of the essentials. The breakfast had many varieties. There is a nice swimming pool too. All of the staff were great. The English level was best from what I experienced during my China trip. All so very helpful. One lady helped us for a package delivery. Another one was negotiating a taxi price to go to Shenzhen.

A lovely stay in Guangzhou.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and located well for business in South Guangzhou. Executive Lounge is nice, although food options are slightly limited.

I did have a lovely experience with EVAN in the bar on the 40th floor. He a comadated my request for an off- menu cocktail with a smile and worked with precision while having a smile the entire time.

My room was well laid out and the view is lovely from the higher floors.
