Modernes Hotel direkt am Meer
Pros:

Besonders positiv ist, dass immer genügend Liegen am Strand zur Verfügung stehen und unter schattigen Bäumen aufgestellt werden können. Zum Baden im Meer ideal, es gibt auch einen Sandstrand.
Getränke sind nicht überteuert.

Pros:

Már öt éve visszajárunk ide egyfajta „előnyaralásként”, és minden alkalommal ugyanolyan jól érezzük magunkat. Nagyon szeretjük a helyet, mert rendkívül gyerekbarát, a személyzet pedig mindig kedves, figyelmes és segítőkész. Az étkezéseknél még a legnagyobb forgalom mellett is észrevétlenül gondoskodnak arról, hogy minden folyamatosan rendelkezésre álljon és rendben legyen. Emellett arra is van kapacitásuk, hogy egyedi kéréseket teljesítsenek. Ezúton is szeretnénk külön köszönetet mondani nekik. Az ételek választéka bőséges, a minőség pedig minden alkalommal kifogástalan.

Cons:

A sok pozitívum mellett ugyanakkor úgy gondolom, hogy a szállodára már ráférne egy átfogó felújítás. A mi családi szobánkkal alapvetően elégedettek voltunk, azonban a foglalásunkban szereplő másik két standard szobát végül cseréltetnünk kellett. Erre felár ellenében volt lehetőség, ugyanakkor hozzá kell tenni, hogy a szálloda magasabb kategóriájú szobákat biztosított számunkra.

Az egyik eredeti szobában a függöny szakadt és foltos volt, a belső falon pedig nedvesedés nyomai látszódtak. A másik szobában a konyha közelsége miatt folyamatos és erős ételszag volt érezhető, ami jelentősen rontotta a komfortérzetet, a kilátás pedig szintén hagyott kívánnivalót maga után. Ezen felül mindhárom szoba esetében tapasztaltuk, hogy a fürdőszobában a víz hőmérséklete használat közben ingadozott, ami zuhanyzás közben zavaró.

Mivel az egyik napon egész nap esett az eső, a gyerekekkel a beltéri játszószobát használtuk. Itt kialakítottak egy külön gamer részt is, ahol öt darab PS5 és egy darab PS4 konzol volt elhelyezve. Sajnos ezek közül mindössze egyetlen PS5 és a PS4 működött, ráadásul a kontrollerek állapota is meglehetősen elhasználtnak tűnt. Ennél is aggasztóbbnak tartottam, hogy korhatári korlátozás vagy felügyelet nélkül elérhető volt a GTA videojáték, amelynek tartalma véleményem szerint egyáltalán nem gyermekeknek való. Így bármelyik gyerek, életkortól függetlenül, könnyedén találkozhatott olyan erőszakos vagy nem megfelelő jelenetekkel, amelyekkel egy családbarát szállodában nem feltétlenül kellene szembesülnie.

Mindezek ellenére a személyzet hozzáállása és a szálloda által biztosított megoldás nagyban hozzájárult ahhoz, hogy az ott-tartózkodásunk összességében kellemes élmény maradjon. A szálloda számos erősséggel rendelkezik, ezért bízom benne, hogy a jövőben a szobák állapotának korszerűsítésére és a közösségi terek fejlesztésére is nagyobb hangsúlyt fektetnek majd.

Dass der Strom manchmal nicht ging im Zimmer; wurde allerdings immer sehr schnell behoben, wenn wir es gemeldet hatten

Sehr empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Frühstück- und Abendbuffet sind hervorragend. Die Lage des Hotels, Pools und Strandabschnitte sind super. Das Servicepersonal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern.

Cons:

Wasserkocher und Kaffee/Tee auf dem Zimmer wären gut gewesen
