Bylo ok. Ale juz tam nie wrocimy.
Pros:

Czystosc, jedzenie , duzy obiekt.

Cons:

Brak placu zabaw dla dzieci, zero pubow restauracji czy sklepikow dookola.

Schöne Zimmer & tolle Lage, leider viel zu überlaufen und somit kein Ort zum Entspannen

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Pool und der hoteleigene Strand waren schön. Man konnte das Personal am Pool ansprechen und die haben einem dann Liegen sowie Sonnenschirme dort platziert wo man wollte, ohne irgendeinen Aufpreis. Auch Badetücher hat man bekommen. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer.

Cons:

Leider war das Hotel viel zu überlaufen… überall schreiende Kinder, die sich teilweise nicht benehmen konnten - wobei hier die Schuld natürlich nicht beim Hotel, sondern bei den Eltern dieser Kinder liegt. Am Pool war es immer sehr laut. Entspannen konnte man also nicht wirklich. Auch in den Zimmern wurde herumgeschrien - und das schon ab 6 in der Früh.
Beim Frühstück war viel zu viel los - auch dort rannten die Kinder überall durch die Gegend.
Geschmacklich hat das Frühstück mich persönlich leider nicht begeistert. Es war zwar irgendwie alles da, aber nicht in allzu guter Qualität. Der Kaffee und die Säfte beim Frühstück waren leider gar nicht gut. Es gab außerdem sehr wenig Auswahl an frischen Gemüse.
Der Check-in lief eigentlich reibungslos ab, allerdings war der Rezeptionist, der uns eincheckte etwas genervt - irgendwie verständlich bei dem ganzen Trubel, allerdings trotzdem schade für uns.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war gross und wir hatten Meerblick, was schön war aber nicht ein Muss. Die Anlage ist für Kinder fantastisch wie auch das Kids Angebot. Auch für Erwachsene gibt es jeden Tag ein Aktivitätsprogramm. Das Essen war sehr gut, gute Auswahl, jeden Abend etwas anderes und reichlich genug. Blieben keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage direkt am Sandtrand oder Felsstrand ist ideal für einen perfekten Familienurlaub.

Cons:

Wir mussten 2 x an der Rezeption reklamieren, dass Ameisen in unserem Badezimmer sind.

Znakomity
Pros:

Znakomity hotel nad brzegiem morza.Pyszne,urozmaicone jedzenie. Personel bardzo pomocny i dobrze mówiący po angielsku. To mój 5 pobyt w tym hotelu i za każdym razem jestem tak samo zadowolona. Piaszczysta plaża przed hotelem,aquapark dla dzieci.Dobra baza wypadowa do Wenecji, Triestu,Udine,Puli,Rovinji i Porec.

Bivanje v hotelu je bilo zelo prijetno in priporočam družinam.
Pros:

Všeč nam je bil izbor hrane, prijaznost osebja, čistilk. Imeli smo dovolj brisač, klima v sobi, čistoča sobe, super balkon. Čisto morje. Parking v bližini.

Cons:

Dlje odprti bazeni za otroke. Vino pri večerji je bilo preveč toplo.

Das Hotel sieht schön aus, aber 4 Sterne und das Geld war es nicht wert..

Das es einen aufgefüllten Sandstrand direkt vor dem Hotel gab.
Die Lage ist schön, direkt am Meer.

Cons:

Während meines Aufenthalts im Hotel musste ich leider einige negative Erfahrungen machen. Besonders unangenehm war der Geruch des hoteleigenen Pools – dieser war derart penetrant, dass ein Aufenthalt dort kaum möglich war.

Auch der Service im Restaurant ließ deutlich zu wünschen übrig. Beim Abendessen sowie beim Frühstück verhielten sich die Kellner sehr unprofessionell: Sie griffen wiederholt mit den Armen über meinen Teller, obwohl ich noch am Essen war – das empfand ich als störend und unangemessen.

Zudem fand ich es befremdlich, dass man beim Abendessen für Getränke extra zahlen musste. In anderen Plava-Laguna-Hotels, in denen ich bereits zu Gast war, waren die Getränke zum Abendessen im Preis inbegriffen.

Das Personal war sehr nett und aufgesgellt, einfach mega! Man fühlt sich als Gast sehr willkommen.

Jeder Wunsch konnte ohne Einwand erfüllt werden.
