We were living in room 216. The door was old and makes noise, the shower is not good all the water goes around, the internet was very very slow, the air conditioning didn’t worked for two nights I stayed there, I asked the morning en evening shift people at reception one of them told me he will look for it and registered the problem on their notebook but for the second night and the morning we we’re leaving the hotel, the staff was not really welling to listen because they said it was responsibility of the person who was here. So it was blaming game.
The problem they have noticed I toke the picture and the second night guy was totally said I am not responsible for anything, I told him okay write down and give me a pepper, so he just wrote on the small paper that Air-condition doesn’t work. That’s all. You can find the pictures attached to this form.

gece 12 de otele giriş yaptım , resepsiyonda çalışan kötü davranan kaba bir kadınla mücadele ettim . alt tarafı arabamı park ettiğim yer uygun mu diye sormuştum , çünkü otelin bulunduğuğu sokakta uyuşturucu kullanan evsiz gibi insanlar vardı ve tedirgin oldum . yardımcı olmak yerine kadının tavrı rahatsız ediciydi ve tepki verdim . ben tepki verince daha çok bağırdı bana . berbat bir deneyimdi .

Mycket att välja på men allt var inte fräscht.
Trevlig personal i receptionen.
Området utanför känns inte tryggt.

Cons:

Frukostmatsalens personal. Dom verkar inte må bra. Väldigt stressade och otrevliga. Undvik gärna frukost kl 07, kaotiskt.
