工作人员服务态度很好的，虽然闹了前台以为我不会意大利语和我说英语，结果我在说意大利语，互相没反应过来对方说什么的情况.......但很好的，有需求就和他们说！合理的需求他们都会耐心的帮你想办法解决的。
早上的自助餐质量很不错。

Cons:

这是我第四次住，但是厕所的情况是最糟糕的一次，电吹风的外壳是坏的！一碰就掉！马桶坐垫圈有裂痕。但也就这点问题了，希望下次能改。

Залишилися на одну ніч, під час подорожі. Дуже привітний персонал, дуже чисто, чудовий сніданок. Єдино що потрібно врахувати, до готелю та звідти тільки таксі або трансфер від готеля.

Friendly and very attentive staff. I would stay there again.

Awesome delicious breakfast with a variety of choices to satisfy any eater. Quick access to Malpensa.

Cons:

Much like the rest of Italy the AC could be better. It was cooler than other places that we stayed. So, this strong recommendation, is not so much for the hotel, Italy needs to get better AC. It does exist; no excuses. As much as I love the food, culture, and people, the Mediterranean area needs to do better with AC.
