The Best
Pros:

Staying at The Dominican Hotel was truly such a memorable experience for our family. The history alone makes it extra special — it’s a beautiful centuries-old building that really lets you feel the charm of Prague the moment you walk in.

From day one until our last, the front desk staff were incredibly warm, accommodating, and genuinely kind. Service was consistently excellent all throughout our stay.

We also loved the thoughtful touches — free refreshments, apples, and pastries in the lobby made it feel so homey. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything, yet still peaceful and comfortable.

Breakfast by Natasha was a highlight! Everything was delicious, and our whole family of 12 enjoyed it so much — especially the fresh orange juice and prosecco (such a nice touch!). There’s also a ramen bar nearby that we loved.

Another big plus: the building felt very secure, which gave us peace of mind throughout the trip.

Overall, we had such a wonderful stay and will truly miss this place.
Thank you for taking such great care of us — we’ll definitely be back! 🤍✨

Pros:

La situación es excepcional. Muy cercano a todos los lugares de obligada visita en Praga. Es un edificio histórico remodelado con mucho gusto y encanto

Cons:

Cuidado con las personas de movilidad reducida porque hay muchas escaleras, incluso dentro de las habitaciones. Si se decide apostar por este hotel hay que indicar expresamente que la persona tiene problemas de movilidad para que asignen una habitación sin escaleras

Good location
Pros:

Great location, but could be noisy (expected ) the rooms are lovely and spacious and the beds were super comfortable. There was air conditioning but it didn't seem to work that well so we opened our windows. Modern bathroom with a good power shower. Amenities were just simple hand wash and shower gel which were adequate. Tea and coffee were provided but tiny cups so we borrowed some from the breakfast area. There was a coffee machine which didn't seem to work - one pod and if you wanted more there was a charge.

Cons:

Very strange entrance which was hard to find as the front of the hotel is now a restaurant. There was no one on reception when we arrived, and everyone was just very slow. No chance of checking in to your room until 3 whether it was available or not, but storing luggage was not an issue. As a 4 star hotel I would have expected at least a bottle of water in the room but nothing even in the fridge so basically no mini bar. I asked for fresh milk for the tea in the room and this was provided but it seemed like a massive deal. We stayed three nights and to be honest the housekeeping was poor! They didn't clean at all one day and when they did arrive at 5pm it was not good! They left used cups, changed the towels and did little else. Breakfast was good but often cold and the restaurant looked very tired. We mentioned the poor cleaning on check out and the lady on reception said the cleaner was new.
