Clean room, nice neighborhood

Had a hiccup on our check in. Im techie but i still had issues. They should put on the website theres no reception area. Everything is done via their kiosk which wasnt connecting when we were there. You need to have internet on your phone/tablet and WhatsApp app.
It takes awhile to get an agent on whatsapp... and the process should be laid out like we are not techie!

The room made up for the hassle... it was modern, spacious, clean and theres a nice size fridge, coffee pods, water e-kettle.

The location is great!

Excellent location

The location of the hotel is excellent for shopping and transportation. Fifteen minutes walking from the train station; the taxi refuses to take you to the hotel because it is too close. However, you have to prepare pulling your luggages on an uneven sidewalk.

Very comfortable location, walkable to most places. I have not used any public transport means during 3 days stay. Price vs value ratio is really good.

Room was clean with excellent facilities, including fridge, espresso machine, wine glasses and bottle opener. Not huge room but good size. Excellent location easy walking to old town and train station.

Amazing

We had a fantastic stay here after being nervous by recent reviews. We followed the instructions sent to us before and check in wasn’t a problem. We asked a couple of questions to the Adrez team through WhatsApp and they answered within minutes with an answer. The hotel and room were spacious, clean and welcoming. Our air con worked perfectly (which was much needed for a hot week!) and the room had everything we needed. It really was the perfect place in the city with everything within a 30 minute walk. Thanks for helping us have the best trip to Prague!

Great location - excellent room for the price.

This ia full electronic hotel. It has equipped with the latest tech possible. I've stayed in a addict room with electronic curtains and no reception.

Before you enter the property, they provide a code for you to enter building and room itself. This is available until your check-out. You do not see any person to do your things.

What happened to me is when i was checking-out, i've provided wrong room number. They extended my check-out to the wrong room number. This particular incident is all my fault. Then i couldn't able to enter my room and helpline rapidly supported me with a new code. Thus the customer service is excellent. I'd like to thank them one more time.

About the hygiene, i'm afraid the towels and bed sheets were full of hair. There were some yellow stains at the towels. But, overall the room was clean on the floor and other surfaces. Also when i enter at the first day, someone left a bag of chips at the wardrobe.

Other than that, you can leave your luggage without a fee. Staff was easy to reach and friendly.

Our stay kind of started out with minor issues but was fixed immediately the next morning. We were on the top floor (attic room) which was fine, bed was comfortable, room was spacious and the hotel does offer a lift! Room was relatively clean however since it’s carpet it should be vacuumed regularly when housecleaned. Location was excellent and walking distance to the train station, old and new town. Lovely experience overall and will definitely recommend it. Hotel also offers continental breakfast for 15€ which we did not try but the restaurant we did.

Prefect in everything

This hotel was amazing. It's a few blocks from the Statue of Wenceslaus - where so many tour groups meet and a lot of restaurants. Our room was the top floor with dormer windows. Clean, quiet, super comfy bed.
