Od wejścia bardzo przyjazna atmosfera. Pani w recepcji uśmiechnięta i bardzo pomocna! 😊 Czysty pokój, bardzo wygodne łóżko i to za co bardzo lubię Hotele tej sieci, możliwość wybrania (dostepnosci) pokoju z wanna! Smaczne śniadanie i parking. Bardzo dobra cena , a biorąc pod uwagę lokalizację to cena powiedziałbym świetna! Zdecydowanie polecamy Hotel w Krakowie. Mam nadzieję do zobaczenia - planujemy wrócić latem 😊

Pros:

Struttura situata in pieno centro storico, molto comoda per raggiungere anche il quartiere ebraico a piedi. Affaccia su un bellissimo parco e la zona in generale è molto tranquilla. La camera molto carina e accogliente e dotata di tutti i servizi necessari come phon, prodotti per il bagno, bollitore elettrico. Su ogni piano inoltre la struttura mette a disposizione un distributore gratuito di acqua.

Cons:

Purtroppo in 3 giorni nessuno è mai venuto a pulire/sistemare la stanza.

Чисто, зручне розташування поряд біля центру на тихій вулиці.

Cons:

Були проблеми з парковокою. Не було вільних місць і ми вимушені були шукати місця деінде. Це було не зручно.

Ottima posizione e camera spaziosa
Pros:

Ottima posizione, comoda per spostarsi e vicina ai principali punti di interesse. Struttura accogliente e ben curata, camera spaziosa e confortevole, ideale per un soggiorno rilassante. Al piano terra erano presenti lavori di ristrutturazione, ma nonostante questo tutto era ben organizzato e gestito, senza particolari disagi.

Cons:

Durante il soggiorno non è stato rifatto il letto né effettuata la pulizia quotidiana della camera, un servizio che mi sarei aspettato. Inoltre, i teli per la doccia erano un po’ piccoli.

Świetnie zlokalizowany obiekt. Samo centrum Starego Miasta w Krakowie. Przestronny, dobrze wyposażony pokój. Miejsce idealne na krótki pobyt.

Cons:

Uważam, że powinno się informować wcześniej gości o tym, że obiekt jest w remoncie.
