Nothing. This property was absolutely disgusting! We stopped there on the way back from Florida since it was a good halfway point and close to 95. Never again! The hallway smelled like vomit. The room was absolutely gross. Stains on the tub, the rug was shredded, tiles missing, weird stains on the walls. When we attempted to sleep with our kids in the bed, my wife woke up with two bugs crawling on her. I went to the front desk to complain. The front desk put us in a different room, so I had to move my family and everything over to another room which was cleaner but still not up to par that we normally get at Residence Inns. If I was Marriott, I would shut this property down. I went to speak the GM the next morning at check out under the advisement of the front desk lady from the night before and told him what happened. He apologized and asked if we were Bonvoy members, which I told him we were. He said he would give us some extra points for our stay to make it up to us. Of course we never got them! Stay away from this disgusting property!

Great staff, mostly clean rooms and amenities. Locations is right by everything.
The back of the bathroom sink had a thick layer of grime and someone's beard hair. The shower curtain had blood and a booger dried on.
Rooms were spacious and comfortable, along with cleanliness.
Booked the hotel because our air conditioning was out in our house. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The assistant manager, Anton Stephens went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast was good too.

Outdated bathtub instead of walk-in shower
The two-bedroom, two-bath units are a great value. The beds are comfortable, but the mattresses in the sofa beds are extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast is excellent, but I think it would be a good idea for the label on the scrambled eggs to indicate that they contain ham. Vegetarians, beware. One of the bathrooms had no liquid soap or conditioner, so I'm not sure how often they check those containers. Overall it was a good stay.
