Cons:

Extremely small crowded room in the basement.
Carpet was wet. A large fan was running to dry the carpet. Desk would not move us to another room. Heat/ac was turned off so room was cold.

Pros:

Nära LaGuardia airport. Gratis shuttle buss från hotellet. Bekväm säng. Helt okej frukost.

if you want to get your room in a timely manner don’t stay here. Is that an open container?

Not much to be honest I almost walked out

Cons:

When I arrived after 8 pm there was one person working. 2 guest booking stays through December which held up the other 3 people an me from checking in. The monthly book out should have been stopped and other guests helped if but no and no one else to speak with. She ignored and didn’t use eye contact. One of the guests waiting had to come back down due to the room being occupied. He had to wait for 45 minutes to get a new room… I would have expected him to be taken care of asap… I didn’t get into my room until after 9 pm. It was a joke. I was also in need of a soda and a snack… I thought maybe just maybe they would have been comp for the hour wait to check in but nope why would she do that.
