levné potraviny na snídani šunka, salám Vysočina, tavený sýr atd.

Cons:

pokoj výhled do zdi viz foto, programy televize 3 české, ČT 1 nešla ačkoli jsme to hlásili při příjezdu nikdo to neřešil

Our stay started off wonderfully as the woman at the reception, Lenka, was kind, professional, and helpful during the check-in, making us feel incredibly welcome. The hotel was excellent--comfortable and luxurious at the same time--and my wife and I cannot wait to return.

Die Lage hat mir gefallen. Das Haus ist majestätisch schön. Auch sehr gepflegt und in sehr gutem Zustand.

Cons:

Gastfreundlichkeit in einem Hotel ist die herzliche Haltung des Personal, die Gäste offen, fürsorglich zu empfangen, zu bewirten und zu beherbergen. Die Gastfreundlichkeit in diesem Hotel leider weit davon entfernt. Das Personal beim Rezeption zwar funktioniert, freut auf die Gäste aber nicht. Fürsorge, bzw. Aufmerksamkeit ist auch fehl Anzeige. Personal im Restaurant beim Frühstück auch nur funktioniert ohne auf die Gäste überhaupt zu achten - ganz zu schweigen über emotionalen Kontakt mit Gästen. Das Frühstuckbuffet nach Auswahl und auch nach Zubereitung vom Speisen entspricht nicht der Kategorie - Grand Hotel. Am morgen wird die warme Gemüseplatte, offensichtlich erneut angewärmt, von Vortag serviert. Erst später, wenn die Vortag - Gemüse vom Gäste gegessen - wird frisch zubereitet angeboten! Das Restaurant beim Frühstuck ist sehr überfüllt, weil die Kapazität der Plätze nicht ausreicht.

Hotel, który lepiej wygląda niż funkcjonuje
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, przyzwoite śniadania, strefa SPA.
W pokoju zestaw do parzenia kawy (ekspres na kapsułki).

Cons:

Po zarezerwowaniu hotelu tak jak zawsze otrzymaliśmy jej potwierdzenie, jednak po przyjeździe miła Pani z recepcji poinformowała nas, że pokój będzie dostępny dopiero ok 17.(w potwierdzeniu było napisane że od 14.00). Dodam, że nikt nie poinformował nas o zmianie warunki rezerwacji a pokój dostaliśmy dopiero po 17.30!!!.

Grand Hotel mit Geschichte
Pros:

Ein angenehmes ruhiges Hotel, zentral gelegen. Schöne Eingangshalle, viel Rot und Gold. Wohnliche Zimmer mit ordentlichen Vorhängen, Fenster zum Öffnen, bequeme Betten, evtl. zu weiche Matratzen, sauberes Badezimmer. Eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln. Die Zimmer sind überhaupt nicht hellhörig, wirklich gut zum Schlafen. Und ein gutes reichhaltiges Frühstücksangebot, welches aufgefüllt wird.

Cons:

Ab 8.30 Uhr ist es schwer, beim Frühstück einen Platz zu finden.
Die Eingangshalle/ Lobby und die Terrasse wären abends ein Ort zum Treffen, wenn es eine Bar gäbe...
