Snídaně výborné, lokalita vynikající, Vše snadno dostupné

Cons:

Omezený program na TV, pouze program ČT. Placený wellnes pro ubytované. Večeře mimo hotel v restauraci s velmi omezeným výběrem. Nízká ůroveň informací před příjezdem do hotelu ( rezervace večeří předem, zpoplatněné wellnes)

Obiekt super. Wspaniała i pomocna obsługa. Rewelacyjne śniadania

Hotel położony w centrum miasta. Pokoje bardzo komfortowe, wysokie sufity, dobre wyciszenie. Obsługa hotelu na najwyższym poziomie - z uśmiechem i chęcią pomocy. Śniadania przepyszne i bardzo zróżnicowane.

Není deluxe jako deluxe
Cons:

Vybavení působí vybydleným dojmem. Stará koupelna. Pokoj deluxe si představuji jinak. Chtěli jsme třílůžkový pokoj, museli jsme zaplatit upgrade pokoje a přistýlka bylo rozkládací křeslo co bylo tak tvrdé, že se na něm nedalo pořádně spát. Na pokoj nepřipravili ani dostatek ručníku a skleniček pro 3 osoby…
Sprcha nedržela na místě a neměla pořádný tlak vody. Pokoj byl z mého pohledu předražený, snídaňové kafe katastrofa, wellness se platilo zvlášť.. jediné co bylo fajn, byla slečna recepční :)

Super personel na recepcji, jestem w hotelu już 3 raz i nadal robi na mnie olbrzymie wrażenie, epokowe wystroje, olbrzymie pokoje, czysto, wszelkie udogodnienia, duży parking, rewelacyjne śniadanie, najlepszy hotel w Liberec, polecam wszystkim.

Cons:

Za parkování přes noc před hotelem si hotel účtoval neuvěřitelných 435 Kč. Na pokoji nefunkční žárovka v hlavním světle. V koupelně popraskaný a odpadající silikon za umývadlem a odpadlý obklad za tlačítkem splachovače. Proležená matrace... Poměr cena výkon tedy spíše zklamání. Hotel je i pokoj čistý bez výhrad. Na 4 hvězdy ale trochu zašlá sláva...
