La literie est incroyable chambre confortable
Le personnel tres serviable
Restaurant pas cher pour le dîner
Il n’y a pas de clim dans la chambre obligé de dormir la fenetre ouverte mais le matin le bruit c’est une horreur.
De plus Les femmes de chambre commencent tot on entend les meubles traîner par terre.
Bloque porte de sale de bain au niveau de la sortie de baignoire tres dangereux.

Parking un poco incomodo porque para entrar y salir era por el mismo camino
A localização é excelente, as camas são confortáveis, os equipamentos e espaços estão bem mantidos. Além disso, o recepcionista noturno que nos recebeu foi super prestável. Como argumento extra, o quarto era bem grande e tinha um sofá cama que não usámos, no entanto, esse espaço extra no quarto servio para guardarmos as bicicletas e desde o staff, não houve qualquer entrave a essa situação, muito pelo contrário.
O quarto estava sem ar condicionado e o staff deixou uma coluna de ar portátil, no entanto era barulhenta e como esteve bastante calor, optámos por dormir com a janela aberta o que também causava ruído.
A lavagem de bicicletas podia ser algo melhor e na chegada ao hotel é muito difícil estacionar para fazer o check in.
La localización al telecabina, limpieza, spa, amabilidad empleados, desayuno. Todo correcto y bien. Pude elegir entre dos almohadas y eso salvó mi cuello. Opciones sin gluten en el desayuno. Y un desayuno bastante variado. Calidad precio fenomenal.
Las habitaciones dan a la carretera y hay mucho ruido con la ventana abierta, eso sí las ventanas aislan fenomenal del ruido, no hay aire acondicionado y en muchos momentos teníamos calor, aúnque te ponen un ventilador con agua que te salva un poco.
El trato del personal. La amplitud de las habitaciones. La posibilidad de subir las bicis a las habitaciones.
Nada que señalar.
Personal muy atento y amable, disponer de parking y el buffet como cada año excelente, la cama muy grande y comoda.

Nos hemos alojado unas 5 veces, siempre todo perfecto, pero esta vez, ibamos un bebe y nos dieron una habitación pequeña.
No proper air conditioning. There is a mobile version that barely cools. More like a fan.
So the only way to cool down the room is to open the window. And at night you have to choose - suffer from hot but sleep at silence, or get fresh air but suffer from cars and motos.
Parking is not free. It might be the norm for Andorra, I don't know, but still, not pleasant.
