Excelente experiencia con familia y con amigos, repetiremos
Pros:

muy buena experiencia, muy buen trato del personal, tanto en la entrada en turnos de mañana y tardem asi como del comedor, porobablemente seria ma scomodo que quede mas espacio en la habitacion tras 2 camas dobles para poder moverse, pero la valoracion general es excelente como cada vez que he ido

Molt be tant l'esmorzar com el sopar. Varietat i qualitat.
Habitacions familiars grans, ideals per anar amb nens.
Zona d'estar correcte, però justa per encabir una taula de billar.
Pràcticament impossible parar davant de l'hotel per baixar les maletes.
El Pàrquing es bona opció per deixar el cotxe, però a un preu gens barat.

Pros:

Lo que más me gustó es que desde el mismo hotel se puede subir a las telecabinas para subir a la montaña a esquiar. La limpieza está muy bien y las camas muy cómodas y grandes

Second time and already planning the next visit
Pros:

First thing- the staff. They are so nice and helpful. Doing everything they can to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. The location is also perfect just on the gondola

Cons:

Breakfast is a bit the same every morning. It would have been nice to have more changes.
The ceiling window couldn’t stay open but they mentioned they will fix it after we left.

Muy buen hotel con súper buen desayuno.
Pros:

Todo fue muy bien! La habitación es amplia, las camas son muy cómodas y además hay una carta de cojines, se puede elegir más blando /duro o incluso ortopédico para zona cervical. El desayuno es súper bueno y variado con patés, embutidos de zona 0. También hacen huevos fritos, crepes, churros. El personal fue súper amable y atento. La entrada a tele cabina está al lado del hotel. Nosotros estuvimos muy contentos y volveremos sin duda!

Estancia ideal para ir a esquiar
Pros:

Alojamiento muy bien ubicado para ir a esquiar , con salida directa al telecabina de la Massana , con desayuno incluido muy completo y variado .
Todo perfecto . Repetiremos .
