Pros:

Tout. La réception est ouverte 7/7, 24h/24h. Nous avons pu avoir quelqu’un au téléphone avant d’arriver, même à 1h du matin. L’accueil de nuit comme celui du matin étaient très professionnels, dignes d’un hôtel haut de gamme. Mention spéciale donc au réceptionniste du soir et à celle du matin. La chambre était impeccable et le lit très confortable. Rien à redire. Nickel

Cons:

La récupération des clés etait annoncée comme disponible 24h/24 a toute heure, pourtant je n'ai pu la récupérer qu'à 15h. N'étant pas du coin j'ai du attendre 3h avant d'obtenir la carte d'accès, ce qui est inadmissible. De plus la chambre etait pitoyable avec des toilettes sales un manque d'hygiène suite a ce séjour j'ai développé une infection. Pour couronner le tout j'ai été réveillé le matin par l'alarme de sécurité, ce qui a encore aggravé cette mauvaise expérience.
