Depends when you visit I guess
Pros:

Have stayed here before a few times. The best hotel of the Fletcher chain.

Cons:

Not so good this time. Asked to cancel just 20 minutes after making the booking due to an error. Fletcher refused. Do stayed anyway. Staff seemed grumpy this visit. Probably due to being extra busy with the nice weather.

A welcome stop over
Pros:

We enjoyed a lovely dinner (including good vegetarian options),in the restaurant, and a great breakfast. Parking was great, and this hotel is literally off the motorway!
