Horrible, left more tired than when we arrived. Waste of money.
Pros:

Property is fine, our room stank of smoke and caused us a terrible night sleep. We also stunk like smoke the entire next day.

Cons:

Whoever stayed in the room before us definitely smokers in the room. My wife had to sleep without a pillow since the pillow stunk so bad. When we drove home on the Sunday our car stunk like smoke, our hair,our clothes. It was disgusting. Will never stay in a Fletcher hotel again just because of this.

Er hing in de kamer een rookgeur. We hadden speciaal een kamer met bad. Het putje sloot niet goed.
Vloerbedekking met vlekken.
Wasbak met barsten in het acryl.
In de fitnessruimte ook veel vieze vlekken.
De kamer was aan renovatie toe.

De locatie was prima.

Cons:

Personeel mag vriendelijker zijn en mag gasten zeker begroeten als deze binnenkomen/weggaan. Ook bij het uitchecken werd door de dame bij de receptie niet gevraagd hoe het verblijf was. Na dat ik vroeg of het zo goed was werd alleen gezegd, ‘ja helemaal goed zo’. Er werd niet bedankt voor het verblijf, of een prettige dag gewenst. Kortom, wij voelden ons hier NIET te gast!! Jammer als je hier veel geld betaald voor een aantal overnachtingen. Dan verwacht je toch wel meer service. Ook vonden wij de kamer niet schoon, bij aankomst was de douchekop vol kalk en de kamer rook naar schimmel. Wij komen hier niet meer terug.

Er zat ou bloed in het douchegordijn van de kamer van een vorige gast. Daarnaast was de algehele staat van de kamer verouderd. Bed lagen stukken los van de verf van het bed. De geur op 1e etage leek wel of er jaren was gerookt.
