Uns hat es sehr gefallen.
Pros:

Top Lage, Sauber und an sich ein schönes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern, Sehr freundliches Personal, unkompliziert und sehr leckeres Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant. Allgemein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. (Sind jedoch mitte Mai gegangen. vlt. ist es im Sommer eher teuerer.)

Cons:

Restaurant eher teuer (Nobler), jedoch sehr gute Kost.

Pros:

Kiva hotelli pienessä kylässä. Kylällä ei ole hirveästi palveluja jos niitä kaipaa. Respan henkilökunta auttoi kaikessa todella hienosti. Uima-allas puisto alueella oli tosi kiva.

Cons:

Hotellin hinnat oli vähän kovia. Huoneen luovutus voisi olla myöhempi.

Presenza di parassiti e grande sporcizia in camera
Cons:

Devo segnalare un grave episodio avvenuto durante il mio soggiorno. Durante la notte sono stata morsa una zecca nel letto mentre riposavo. Ho dovuto recarmi al pronto soccorso ove sono stata visitata e mi è stata stata fornita una terapia antibiotica che dovrò assumere per una decina di giorni. Segnalo inoltre la scarsa pulizia in generale della camera con abbondante sporcizia dietro e sotto il divano e sotto i tappeti che ho sollevato. Sollevando le lenzuola ho notato inoltre la presenza di ragni sui materassi. Vorrei segnalare anche la scarsa disponibilità da parte del personale addetto alla reception che giustificava la cosa con frase del tipo” siamo in mezzo alla natura può capitare” oppure” cosa vuole che le dica non mi è mai capitato” nonostante io facessi vedere il video ripreso con il telefonino del parassita che mi ha punto. Ovviamente questa reazione ha aggravato ulteriormente l’accaduto.

Profitez du jardin ou voyez ailleurs
Pros:

Un jardin magnifique et propice au repos à l’arrière de l’hôtel avec une grande piscine. Un petit déjeuner correct.

Cons:

Sèche cheveux habituel bas de gamme qui fonctionne 2 minutes puis s’arrête en surchauffe, télécommande fatiguée en manque de piles, douche minuscule, calamars et petite friture d’origine congelée à la carte du restaurant (hors demi-pension), chambre vieillotte et sans charme, pas de wifi sécurisé pour les clients, matelas béton, bref hors d’âge et maximum 3 étoiles même pour l’Italie
